This was my first time solo travelling, and I was sexually harassed, assaulted, and stalked by another guest during my stay at Holiday Inn Antalya Lara. Despite reporting this multiple times and even pointing out the individual, and despite the hotel confirming the incident through CCTV footage, the hotel refused to remove him and refused to call the police. They did not even offer to change my room, even after he discovered which floor I was staying on. Instead, staff were dismissive and kept making excuses like “we can’t do anything without management” while telling me “nothing will happen to you” and “this is a very safe hotel.” It gave the impression there is no policy to protect guests: even in cases of serious crime, you are left waiting for management to make a decision that may never come. The perpetrator remained in the hotel throughout my stay, approaching me again in front of staff, leaving me unsafe and unprotected. This not only put me in danger, but also other guests. After leaving, I contacted hotel management in writing but was ignored. I deliberately waited before posting this review to give them the chance to apologise, take responsibility and do the right thing. They did not. Guest safety is clearly not a priority here. I strongly advise against staying, especially for women travelling solo.

It's clean, great vibe, the meals served are pretty decent, some of the food is canned which was weird to me (a bowl of peaches right next to a bowl of canned peaches) but for the most part still really good. The staff is very very helpful. The pool is amazing! And they have a private beach which is really great. The location is a little bit far from things, a 1 hour bus ride to Old Town, 2 hour bus ride to Land of Legends. But overall a really great hotel.

Horrible place to stay. On the advert they advertise soundproofed rooms! Walls are paper thin, you can clearly hear next door conversations! Sliding door and glass are not soundproofed you can hear outside noise all night. This hotel is in the landing path of the Airport! Aeroplanes landing every 10-15 minutes day and Night!!!! Extremely noisy could not sleep any nights. Stayed for 6 nights. They would move you lower floor but doesn’t matter because of the landing planes. Avoid if you want to rest! Booked well ahead of our arrival and their price was double as the day we arrived! Did not offer any discount. Room cost nearly €1500 for 6 nights breakfast and dinner for 2. Buffet food selection is poor, quality is acceptable but not good. If you choose and pay from the set menu is way higher quality and beautiful presentation. Menu price is not expensive. Outdoor facilities are all closed (winter season) it was 27 degrees at our arrival. Spa is tiny unusable nowhere to rest. No entertainment at all, nothing to do in the hotel cant even sunbathe because its closed. Was not 5 star hotel at all because all facilities where closed (pool area, sunbed area “ winter season in 27 degrees) but they charge you for 5 star hotel price. Interior design is nice but thats how they can sell the rooms online. When you arrive and you notice the noise form landing planes you get the shock! Looks like a transit hotel, big groups arrive every night then they leave in the morning. Avoid!!!
