We only stayed at this property for one night as our flight got delayed , it’s immaculately clean ,staff was welcoming and helpful . The only suggestion I can give them is about their breakfast option ,Food was cold and very limited options and also they didn’t have duvets in room only thin sheet .

A bit noisy but good

We spent just one night in this hotel. The apartment was nice, we also got some sandwiches prepared for takeaway as we left very early. However it was quite noisy in the evening, the check in process wasn't super smooth, the couch was super uncomfortable and TV wasn't working.

Recommended overall nice place

Great location near huge supermarket, bars, eateries & coast walks, friendly helpful staff, comfortable equipped sunny studio apartment with nice mattress on bed, warm & safe, lovely little pool and sitting area outside. Super bathroom with powerful shower and hot water Breakfast although fresh was the same every day with little variety and cramped serving area Cleaning is a little ambiguous and sheets a little rough, sound carries and smart TV not wholly functional. Nursery school noise during week days but hotel is in a residential area so some noise to be expected. Recomended place as its nice.

Wrong location for tourist but if you are looking for a relaxed, quiet holiday then this area is great, it is the city centre therefore very pricey but staff at this hotel are amazing people! They go above and beyond, thank you very much Kemal! Facilities in the hotel are not so great, one of the bathroom doors in our family room did not close. It is quite far out from old town bazaar and beaches but there is a beautiful mall within walking distance! Lovely holiday & stay, thanks guys!

The front desk staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful. There was a girl and a guy working the desk and they were very responsive to us via WhatsApp and accommodating when things changed on our side suddenly. First of all, this is a family hotel, so if you are traveling with children, it’s the best option for you. However, we are a couple, and it was not a good experience for us. The property itself is nice, the room size was decent, and it’s very close to a walkable market and restaurants. Here are the things we didn’t like about the property: 1. Family hotel: It’s very noisy because of the children, making it not suitable for couples. 2. Check-in experience: We requested an early check-in, but instead, we ended up with a late check-in. There were problems with our room—it wasn’t cleaned, and they didn’t even arrange another room for us. We had to wait a couple of hours, even after the standard check-in time. 3. Limited breakfast options: The breakfast had very limited choices. 4. Cleanliness issues: Even after the late check-in, our room wasn’t properly cleaned. There were dirty utensils in the kitchen, and the bedding was also dirty. 5. No room service: There’s no room service; you have to go downstairs to request anything. 6. Shower problems: The shower in the bathroom was broken. When we asked for it to be fixed, they replaced it, but it was still leaking and wasn’t fixed again.

It’s quite a nice place we enjoyed as a family, with wonderful room and facilities. The staff were kind and helpful. I have had better breakfast experience in other places at lesser price range though. Although the room service happened aa and when needed, I had to ask explicitly for the refill of water, coffee, soap, etc. The water stagnating in the bathroom was annoying as well
