During my stay at the Zeyda Lara Hotel in Antalya, Turkey, I initially encountered some issues with my room, including a non-functioning shower and not enough beds. Fortunately, the hotel manager, Burak, was very helpful and promptly resolved the situation by relocating me to a different room with a beautiful view, which greatly improved my experience.
Another staff member, Alina, was also exceptionally helpful. She spoke several languages and assisted me with organizing transportation, connecting to the hotel Wi-Fi, and resolving other minor issues along the way. She was always polite, friendly, and quick to respond.
Additionally, the hotel taxi driver, Burat, provided excellent service, taking us to several locations throughout the city as well as to the airport. He was honest, reliable, and never overcharged for his services.
Overall, while the stay began with a few challenges, the professionalism and attentiveness of the hotel staff made a big difference and turned it into a pleasant experience.

NÀr vi först anlÀnde sÄg allt fint ut vid första anblicken men problemen började direkt nÀr vi fick vÄrt rum. Rummet lÄg i en del av byggnaden dÀr det luktade illa. Dörren gick inte att stÀnga ordentligt, balkongdörren saknade handtag och möblerna pÄ balkongen var smutsiga och sÄg ut som att de inte hade rengjorts pÄ vÀldigt lÀnge. Badrummet var smutsigt och dÄligt underhÄllet. Dörren till duschkabinen fungerade inte och badrumsdörren gick inte att öppna eller stÀnga ordentligt. Hela rummet luktade illa. Vi Àr en familj pÄ fem personer men rummet var förberett bara för tre personer och vi saknade bÄde extra sÀngklÀder och handdukar. Vi bad direkt om extra sÀngklÀder och handdukar men vi fick inte det pÄ en gÄng. PÄ grund av den obehagliga lukten var vi tvungna att be om ett nytt rum. TyvÀrr var det andra rummet inte mycket bÀttre, badrummet luktade fortfarande fruktansvÀrt och pÄ kvÀllen fanns det inget varmvatten. Vi kontaktade receptionen flera gÄnger men ingen kom förrÀn nÀsta dag. Vi tvingades duscha i kallt vatten eller anvÀnda damernas hamam dÀr Àven duschen var trasig. NÀr vi kom tillbaka frÄn stranden nÀsta dag var rummet fortfarande inte stÀdat. Utöver detta slutade luftkonditioneringen i rummet att fungera och det tog flera timmar att laga den. Maten pÄ hotellet Àr smaklös, det finns inget ordentligt utbud och den mat som serveras pÄ stranden hanteras helt utan hygien. Personalen tar pommes frites, bröd och redskap med bara hÀnderna, inga handskar anvÀnds alls.
