Kleine Ferienwohnung in optimaler Lage, wenige Kritikpunkte
Aufenthalt war insgesamt gesehen sehr gut.
Ich würde diese Quartier wieder besuchen und auch weiterempfehlen.
Das Quartier ist ruhig gelegen mit schöner Ausssicht. Leider etwas klein u. etwas dunkel aber in vielen Dingen sehr gut ausgestattet. Schöne Dusche, Waschmaschine großer TV. Küche mit allem Drum und dran. Und sehr gut ist die Lage, 150m entfernt von der Standseilbahn. Praktischer gr. Esstisch mit gemütlicher Sitzbank im Bauernstil.
Kritikpunkte:
1. Die Eingangstür lässt sich nur Abschließen, wenn vorher die Klinke nach oben gedrückt wurde. Das kennt man allgemein nicht u. müßte vor der Schlüsselübergabe mitgeteilt werden!
2. Das Waschbecken ist etwas klein, so dass beim Nass-rasieren immer etwas zu Boden geht, anstatt ins Waschbecken. Ggf. sollte das über dem Waschbecken
befindliche Porcellanboard nach links versetzt werden, bzw. das kleine Bad-Eckregal nach oben versetzt werden.
3. Der obere Rand der Sitzeckenbank klebt etwas
(möglicherweise zersetzt sich der Lack, hier sollte nachgearbeitet werden).
4. Im Schlafzi. befindet sich unter der Matratze eine großflächige Kunststoffplatte. So kommt es zur Schimmelbildung (bereits vorhanden!!!) u. die Matratze kann nicht atmen.
5. In der Küche wäre über dem Kühlschrank noch etwas mehr Platz für Lebensmittel Gewürze Tee, Kaffe etc.
wenn über dem vorhandenen Wandbrett noch ein zweites wäre.
6. Das Schlafzi. ist winzig. Für die 2.Person (an der Wand) schwierig aufzustehen.
