Private: natural state property. Terrace, garden furniture. In the house: central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer, drying room. 900 m long narrow motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Single garage. Supermarket 900 m, bus stop "Carovilla" 900 m, railway station "Sierre" 25 km, outdoor swimming pool 8 km, indoor swimming pool 9 km. Ski lift, slopes, ski school 700 m. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In winter, shuttle bus serving the cable car stations, 100 metres away.
