TV inoperable. Would not respond to remote. Understaffed front office could get unit to slow walk through offerings by up/down channel but Guide would not function. Rooms should be thoroughly inspected prior to guests arrival. Changing rooms should not be the solution.

Breakfast was fairly standard. Coffee was good. Bed was ok a little hard for my preference and a little high off the ground, and hard to get onto, I'm 5'2" beds seem to be designed for someone 6'

The beds are very comfy and the room was very clean. The air conditioning worked great in our room since it was scorching hot outside. Once we checked in we did not want to go back out so we ordered pizza delivery. We would stay again.

I had a family of 5 with 3 kids and 1 baby. We checked in around 9 pm got to our room and it was pretty hot. We gave it time to cool off about 2 hours but it just never got better. I finally decided to call the front desk around 11:00 and by 11:30 we were in a MUCH cooler room. The staff was great and very accommodating.

Worth the Stay!! Will Book again!!

Hotel was very clean & comfortable. The staff was friendly & welcoming. Continental breakfast was delicious & offered a variety. Rooms had refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, & iron. The toiletries they offered were Dove products!! Pool space was clean & well kept, same was the parking lot. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and plan to book again.

While it was conviently located it was in a high traffic area and that made it a bit more noisy. Staff was friendly the room was clean and we enjoyed our overnight and woke up refreshed. also Breakfast was very good

Tara at check in was amazing. The lobby is clean and well kept. Our first room was a non smoking room that wreaked of smoker smell. We were then moved to a second larger room, however the toilet was broken and the air conditioner had a repetitive loud squeak. Due to the broken toilet we were moved to a 3rd room. This room is what was expected all along. Clean, properly working toilet, and normal sounding air conditioner. Thankfully Tara at the front dest was extremely accommodating and helpful throughout this arduous process.
