Formerly part of the dairy farm in the grounds of historic Annestown house, this is one of four newly refurbished apartments in a very unique location, offering breath-taking views of the Atlantic Ocean, with direct access to the cliffs and Annestown beach. In a tranquil and secluded setting close to the buzz of Waterford, you can be spoilt by the best of both worlds – whether it’s surfing, hiking, sight-seeing, cycling the nearby Greenway, the Anne Valley Walk, or just enjoying the views.

The Granary Loft is positioned in an elevated position with unrivalled views of Annestown Beach and the Atlantic Ocean. It is smaller than the neighbouring Creamery Loft, but with a unique cozy and romantic feel for a very special escape.

Maura Cleary contributed to ourselves having a wonderful stay. The apartment was very comfortable and the location with absolutely spectacular views.
