For the structure of an older motel- exterior doors rather than interior hallways, room is clean and furnishings and bathroom nice and fresh.

This is the poorest best western I have ever stayed at. We have stayed at many, and have been accustomed to a certain degree of quality. This one is like a motel 6 whose rooms have been refurbished. The building itself on the outside is in very poor condition. This location feels like best western bought another hotel and did the bare minimum to update it. There were unsavory characters hanging out in the parking lot. This was the first time I have ever felt unsafe at a best western. I did not give them one star because at least the rooms were clean and satisfactory.

Its right about what youd expect from a Best Western. Small room but very clean. Terribly uncomfortable pillows. Privacy left a lot to be desired as there were no black out curtains.

Apparently, you have to tell them if you want your room made up every day. It's usually the other way around. I wasn't notified of this upon checking in. The front desk guy was smug about it, talking to me as if I was a child. Door to room was very hard to open and shut. Freeway noise was loud but not much they could do about that.

The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Easy to check in and check out.The breakfast staff were absolutely attentive to keeping the food ready to eat and well stocked. The breakfast was more than a continental breakfast and delicious.
