Enjoy the short walk with easy access to the beautiful white sand beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. This unique floor plan with living area on the top floor allows you to take advantage of the cool sea breezes. This open floor plan allows the entire family to have space to enjoy separate activities while still being together. Enjoy dinner or a glass of wine on the large balcony situated just off of the kitchen and living area. The private, heated, saltwater pool is the perfect place to soak in the sun all year round! Pete's Blue Heaven offers serene, outdoor decks and a private, outdoor pool side shower, great to rinse off after the beach! A short walk to historic Pine Avenue with shops, restaurants, the Anna Maria City Pier, as well as easy access to the FREE Anna Maria Trolley!

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
