The property was extremely clean, modern, and comfortable. It was definitely one of the best vacation homes that I have ever stayed at. The back yard area and pool were beautiful and felt like a resort. The location couldn't have been better. It was about a 0.4 mile easy walk to the beach and a 1 block walk to the bay.

Mixed Feelings

The home is beautiful, clean and well stocked. The location is a bit of a far walk from the gulf side beach - around a 13 minute walk. It is conveniently located though to restaurants and shops. The couch is very uncomfortable and the pillows on the bed are even worse. That’s really my biggest complaint but comfort is important. Also, I suggest adding some lighting to the backyard so that you could enjoy it more in the evenings.

Great location, beautiful home

This beach house was perfect for our family vacation with 3 small kids. Location is great - walkable to restaurants, shopping and beach. We didn’t use our car at all. The backyard is so great - we preferred to stay at the pool over walking to the beach. Inside renovation was beautifully done. Layout made the house feel spacious even though it’s not a huge house. Only complaint is that I wish the kitchen was better stocked (no coffee filters, seasoning, a few other odds and ends missing) and extra linens/towels would of been nice. Otherwise an amazing place and I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Stay on Anna Maria

We had a great time staying on Anna Maria Island in the house we rented. It worked perfect for the my wife and I plus our friends who are also a couple. Only thing I would change is having a closet to leave extra sun screen or small.misc things you can't travel with. We had this at a house in Key West and it was awesome.. We eneded up throwing away full tubes of sun screen and aftersun because we bought to much and didn't use it all on our 12 day vacation. We would have loved to leave it for the next good as an emergency closet. Anyway fantastic house, fantastic location, close to the trolly and food. It was an epic trip that we won't be able to duplicate anytime soon.

Great house/location

This house was located close to the bay but walking distance to the beach on the gulf. We walked the pier on the bay several nights. So close to the Waterfront restaurant, which was awesome. We had four adults with a 1 year old. Rented baby equipment from ABC RENTAL and beach gear from BEACH BUMS. Both companies were great to work with. Be sure to check out Holmes Beach.

Great location

Our family spent our spring break here. Close to all the cute lil shops and walking distance to a variety of places to eat. Super close to the pier side lil beach, which I enjoyed the most. Kids liked the gulf side (better waves) which is further but not to bad. Pool was a hit w the kids, and temp was very comfortable. Only thing I could recommend is more blankets. We used the pull out bed, and had no blanket. Wifi didn't work at times, but I assume because majority of us didn't have great service and all trying to use wifi. Definitely recommend, we've already booked another house w this same company for next year! Great company!

Everything on the property was really great and clean. My only complaint was that there wasn’t much hot water. Only one person could shower with hot water before it got warm. Other than that, fantastic stay!!!

Great Location and Great Place on AMI!

We had such a great week at this property! It was perfect for two couples. We walked to all the restaurants and beaches. The house was perfectly cleaned and it was great to have laundry in the house. One thing we all thought of that would be fun for the property would to add some deck to make it a wrap around deck from the front of the house to the back (this would just be a bonus to the property!). Thank you!

Wow!! This is the Perfect AMI Vacation Spot!.

We absolutely loved this property. It’s beautiful inside and out, incredibly clean, perfectly decorated and updated. The pool is lovely and all the amenities are great! Its either a new home or a very recent extensive update and they did a beautiful job with it. It has everything you need for a perfect AMI getaway and if we are lucky enough we will definitely be back here. If you are thinking about booking this one I wouldn’t hesitate. Location is perfect snd you can order bikes from Beach Bums right next door to be waiting for you when you arrive. Overall it was a perfect vacation at this wonderful home. Enjoy it all!

Perfect accommodations!

My family and I had a wonderful trip to AMI! We have returned to the island year after year -- it's a family's tradition. Of all the places we have stayed in, this is by far a favorite. Clean, newly renovated, well appointed. Gives you a happy feeling. The pics on line don't do it justice. Comfy beds, ample parking, private pool, great location. We were able to see sunrises and sunsets, walk to restaurants and shops. Thank you for helping us to make this a memorable family vacation.
