Whoever came up with the name for this rental property chose well. We’re truly grateful to the landlord for the opportunity to stay here. The photos don’t fully capture how nice the place actually is.There’s a gas grill downstairs with a propane tank, along with some floats, a surfboard, and an umbrella — not exceptional, but definitely useful. Grill-cleaning utensils are conveniently stored in the kitchen. The unit also includes a washer and dryer (the dryer is a bit dated, but functional). The property offers Spectrum cable, though sports fans should note that I didn’t see ESPN available.Previous renters mentioned issues with closet space and hangers, but those concerns have clearly been addressed — everything was well stocked and organized. As for the lack of a K‑cup machine, I’m sure there’s a reason many rentals avoid them, but it wasn’t a major inconvenience.Overall, this is a great place to stay, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time here.
