We rented for 3 weeks and loved it. This was our first time visiting AMI. We loved the location, with walk to both the gulf and bay beaches, restaurants and shops. House was clean, gorgeous and spacious. We were surprised when we drove up to see a huge communication tower next door. We did not see mention of it anywhere, so I feel it's worth mentioning here. Much to our amazement, it was not obtrusive when in the house or yard... just roof deck, but it was easy to look beyond to see the beautiful gulf and spectacular sunsets. We even became fond of it and joked it was our beacon for getting back home. In the end, we would absolutely stay in this gorgeous home again.

Loved the convenience of the location of this beautiful home! Walked to the beach access point with walk up restaurant ordering at The Sandbar! One street away from most of the prime shopping locations too! Also, owners allowed us to bring all three of our yorkies where other properties had refused, in spite of their combined weight being only 16 lbs total. We would definitely stay again!
