Perfect house for a family vacation! House was clean, very well maintained. Thoughtful touches such as games for all ages. Pool was small but perfect for our family with 3 young kids. We spent hours each day swimming in the pool and enjoying the backyard oasis! The beach was a quick walk, or bike ride (we rented bikes for the kids and they loved riding to the beach!) The beach was absolutely beautiful. We will def be back to AMI and would love to stay at A Wave From it All again! This was the most relaxing vacation we’ve had with the kids bc we had everything we needed right at the house!

Cozy home with a great location

We really enjoyed our one-week stay. This home was perfect for our needs and was located just a quick walk from restaurants and the beach.

Great stay

Perfect location. Easy to walk to restaurants, beach, coffee. Didn't actually use our rental car for anything other than to and from the airport!

Another wonderful week

It was our 3rd time in this perfect house. It's very clean, very well maintained. It has everything needed for a comfortable stay: comfortable beds, perfect layout, big dining table, well stocked kitchen, charming very private backyard and unbeatable location. We couldn't not be happier. Intend to return the next year We couldn't be happier with rental company as well Thank you so much for your continued trust in us! There is truly no greater compliment than returning for a third stay. We're so happy to hear the home continues to provide everything needed for a comfortable and memorable vacation, from the cozy beds and spacious layout to the private backyard and unbeatable location. Beautiful and relaxing getaway!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this lovely house! The space is beautiful and well organized and the location is perfect- close to all that Anna Maria has to offer but also quiet. We hope we will be able to return in the future!

We love AMI

This is our second time staying at this property and it's been great every time. It's had improvement since our first day which have all been wonderful. Lots of entertainment area for the kids and just enough space to not be on top of each other. We would highly recommend! Thank you so much for your kind words—and for choosing to stay with us again! Great property

As advertised clean and just the right size for family of 5. Pool was awesome and outdoor entertainment area made watching the US Open a joy. We would rent again.

Beautiful Home, Great Location

Photos are accurate. Beautiful, updated property. The location is perfect. The home is situated on a a private street that is within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and most importantly - the beach!

The property was in excellent condition. The furniture and appliances were all like new. The location was great! It is very close to the beach. We rented a golf cart and it was less than a 5 minute cart ride. Nicole was excellent with communicating with us prior to the stay. You won’t go wrong renting A Wave From It All!

Great for family of 5

The property was great for our family of 5; 11, 13 and 16 year old kids. We were within walking distance of restaurants, the beach and all other required conveniences. The outdoor sitting area with a TV was a great addition and while the pool is small our kids enjoyed it while not at the beach. Overall I highly recommend this property for an easy going family vacation.

Great house

4 adults and 1 2 yo stayed for a week and this house was perfect! Beds were comfortable and everything we needed was there for us to use. The pool was great for late afternoon and early evening swims while our little guy napped or was in bed for the night. The house is located very close (3-4 blocks) to a public beach access which was fantastic. It is also very close the local restaurants and shops. The house was clean and well maintained. Beautiful House

This house was clean, well laid out and very comfortable. The backyard area with the couches and large TV was the perfect place to unwind. I’ve stayed in a few VRBO houses and this one was the most well stocked. Everything you needed in the kitchen was available and in good condition. There is nothing negative that I can say about this house or the process of reserving. I would highly recommend.

Great location

The property was well appointed and comfortable for our week on AMI. Check-in was easy, and we received multiple communications about arrival instructions, property's rules/policies, and checkout procedures. The best part, for us, was how close the home was to the beach. It made it easy for us to go back and forth a few times a day. The property is also situated near restaurants and shops. The only downside was construction happening across the street, which was quite loud a few of the days we were there - and it would have been nice to get a heads up about it, especially when we rented the house for its outdoor/pool space.

Just what we needed

Our party of 6 and an infant, including 80 year old parents, enjoyed our stay at this nicely furnished and decorated beach house. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed. Two of the showers were step in which was great for older guests. Note that one bathroom is not en-suite for the 3rd bedroom and is also the laundry room and the exit to the pool. It worked fine for us. A back gate from the property provided a quick walk to The AMI Community Center. Ginny & Jane E's is very close as well as the Pine Ave area. The home had ample parking.

Mostly great

Overall a nice stay in a great location. Even though the house is small, it still felt spacious. Decent backyard and pool. Rental company promptly responded to our requests. Negatives would be the beds. The king in one of the rooms was unsleepable it was so old and broken in, which left my husband sleeping on the couch and me on the spare mattress from the bunk beds that I just put on the floor. Other mattresses have definitely seen better days. Getting some new mattresses seems necessary.
