Cosy first line apartment on the rocky beach of Sant Elm, with unbeatable seaviews. Up to 4 persons will enjoy ultimate relaxing during your stay on the island.
The 1st-floor apartment makes you feel above the sea, thanks to the incredible views over the shore. The terrace invites for long, Mediterranean breakfasts and after-dinner chats with family and friends. Enjoy the unique sunsets and relax on the loungers in the sea breeze.

Inside, a cozy living- and dining room with kitchenette awaits you, with a sofa, a dining table and satellite TV. The kitchenette counts with an electric oven and stove top, as well as all necessary utensils to prepare a wonderful meal. There are two bedrooms with wardrobe (one with a double bed and one with two individual beds) and a bath room with a shower. There is a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board available. On request, we can prepare a baby cot, a high chair, a fan and an electric heater.

Sant Elm is an enchanting little village, situated in front of the Islet Es Pantaleu and the island Sa Dragonera, which maintains the charm of the former fisherman's village. The sandy beaches of Cala Conills and Cala En Basset are a nature's attractions. The coast invites to long walks with stunning sea views. In summer season, you might want to take a boat trip to the island Sa Dragonera, to explore its' protected nature landscape.

The village of Andratx offers a bigger supermarket, a gas station and several restaurants offering typical local dishes. The luxurious Port d'Andratx is a great place to promenade or have a coffee while shopping. In Calvià you will find a golf course and Palma offers all kinds of cultural and leisure activities.

Fantastischer Ausblick

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in diesem kleinen Apartment. Es war alles vorhanden was wir brauchten. Es sauber und sehr ruhig gelegen. Einziger Nachteil waren die doch sehr unbequemen Betten, die man aus dem Spanienurlaub aber bereits kennt :).

Schönes Apartment mit fantastischem Blick

Wir hatten sehr schöne Tage in Sant Elm. Das Apartment liegt wunderschön in einer Bucht mit direktem Blick auf das Meer und die Insel Sa Dragonera. Die Ausstattung ist inkl. WLAN gut. Das Apartment ist sauber und liebvoll eingerichtet. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett. Auf diesem Wege nochmals vielen Dank.

Schöner Blick, direkt am Meer, ruhiger Ort, gut zum Wandern

Helle, saubere, sehr gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Steile Treppe führt in den ersten Stock, das Wohnzimmer hat große Glastüren zum großen, überdachten Balkon, dadurch wirkt es großzügig und hell, Blick zu zwei Seiten auf das Meer. Im Frühjahr kommt die Sonne wegen der Überdachung nur kurz am späten Nachmittag auf den Balkon (was bei Hitze im Sommer sicher optimal ist). Ruhige Lage im kleinen Örtchen St. Elm. Zwei Schlafzimmer, ebenfalls mit Kommoden und Schrank gut ausgestattet. Für die kühle Übergangszeit standen kleine elektrische Heizungen bereit.

Die Wohnung läßt keine Wünsche offen, Frau Jenny Ferra Boschin ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung sowohl als auch in dem wunderschönen Ort Sant Elm 🤗🤗
