Villa con impresionantes vistas al mar y montaña

Finca Son Pol tiene una situación privilegiada en la isla de Mallorca, se encuentra en la Sierra de Tramuntana, a 400 metros sobre el nivel del mar con espectaculares vistas al mar y a la montaña.
A tan solo 10 minutos del pueblo de Andratx y a 40 minutos de la cuidad de Palma, cuenta con 12 hectáreas de propiedad privada ofreciendo la máxima privacidad para disfrutar y relajarse. Finca Son Pol es un lugar único en pleno contacto con la naturaleza.

La casa dispone de 4 suites con baños privados e impresionantes vistas al valle y la naturaleza. La habitación principal disfruta de una terraza privada así como de una pequeña chimenea para disfrutar de una noche romántica.
En la planta baja se encuentra el salón comedor con vistas al jardín, la cocina, coladuría, aseo y numerosos rincones en el exterior donde relajarse. En toda la casa hay conexión de Wifi por USB. El amplio salón está equipado con TV, canal satélite, DVD, librería, juegos de mesa y un rincón de lectura.
La cocina es muy espaciosa con una isla en el centro, dispone de vitrocerámica, horno, microondas, frigorífico, congelador, lavavajillas, calentador de agua, licuadora, tostadora, tetera y cafetera.
La coladuría esta equipada con lavadora y secadora.
Junto a la cocina se encuentra una grande terraza con barbacoa y mesa para poder comer al aire libre.
La piscina se encuentra en el jardín ubicada entre rocas, encinas y pinos haciéndola ideal para disfrutar del paisaje y la naturaleza de Mallorca. Siguiendo el concepto de respeto con el medio ambiente, la piscina es de agua salada totalmente libre de cloro o productos químicos. Junto a la piscina los clientes pueden disfrutar de una amplia zona de relax en el exterior con amplios sofás y tumbonas.

Construida en el 2008 bajo principios ecológicos y máximo respeto con la naturaleza, la casa está completamente equipada con las nuevas tecnologías: Geotermia para calefacción y refrigeración , domótica, reciclado de agua residuales para su uso en el jardín y utilización de productos biodegradables. Las paredes están construidas según las antiguas construcciones típicas mallorquinas, con gruesos muros forados de piedras para su aislamiento con dobles cristales Climalit.
Cuenta con espacio exterior para aparcar 4 coches.

We had such a wonderful time at this property! Marta was the most gracious host and the property is fabulous. Enough room for all nine of my extended family to enjoy and even find a quiet place to nap and or read. Ideal location and proximity to Port Andratx and easy day trips to Deia and Palma. We really loved our stay in this beautiful and tastefully decorated Finca. A beautiful garden with stunning views from the terrace over the mountains and Mediterranean. Still close to the shops and port d'Andratx and other facilities. A very friendly owner who responded very quickly to our questions. Highly recommended.

Fabulous Finca!

We couldn't have wished for a more beautiful villa and setting. With an extremely well equipped, large kitchen it's great for family holidays with everything you could need for your stay. The villa grounds are beautiful too with a stunning view over the mountains. Only 10mins from Andratx but I would say a car is essential for the very windy roads. Pricey it may be but its well worth the money, my family of 7 had a fabulous stay and Magdalena was very friendly and attentive, I'm only sorry we booked for 10 days instead of 2 weeks!

We had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed it. The villa is absolutely beautiful, and Magdalena is a very kind and helpful host who was always there to support us whenever we had questions or needed assistance.There are a few things worth knowing about the villa, or that we would have liked to know beforehand. The villa doesn’t have air conditioning, but thanks to its architectural style it stays pleasantly cool. However, the shutters need to remain closed during the day, so if you love sunshine and natural light inside, you might miss that. Of course, we spent most of the day outside by the pool anyway.The outdoor area is fantastic and the view is simply breathtaking. Since the villa is surrounded by nature, you should be prepared for wasps and ants, which are a constant presence. They did make things a bit challenging at times, though this is probably the case everywhere in Mallorca.The kitchen could use a little update soon, but otherwise the villa is very well equipped.Conclusion: A beautiful villa, wonderful people, and a stunning outdoor area with dreamlike views.

A great holiday in a beautiful finca! The property is very well maintained and offers all possibilities for a relaxing holiday in the mountains of Andratx. The view around the property is beautiful and gives an immediate holiday feeling. The pictures of the advertisement do not promise too much. The landlords are very nice and attentive. For our children (2 and 4 years) all amenities were available. The staircase and the pool were extra optionally secured. Thus the small ones could move freely without danger in and around the object. For questions the landlords are available at any time and immediately. We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back again! Many thanks again for the great time to Magdalena and Marta!

We had the most fantastic week at the villa in Andratx. Marta was an outstanding and friendly host throughout the process, she met us at the villa when we arrived,gave us a tour and recommended local places, markets and supermarkets.Throughout the week she checked in on us and she couldn't do enough to help answer any questions.The villa is only a short drive from the airport and we were put at ease being shown around the entire villa with complimentary wine, eggs and home grown oranges that we loved.Once there we had complete privacy and everything we could possibly need, with the supermarket just 7mins drive down the road and everything in the villa perfect especially the pool and outdoor areas. The rooms were enormous and felt very luxurious, with plenty of towels provided. The villa feels very homely and family friendly with lots of outdoor and indoor spaces to relax in, read, sunbathe, swim, play table tennis and board games there too that we loved playing.It was so spectacular we barely wanted to leave the villa.We made a few little trips, and visited the harbour and beach with beautiful views and fantastic tapas restaurants only a short drive. A car is a must thought.Throughout the week Marta checked in with us to ensure we were ok, sorted any questions going above and beyond including finding us harder pillows, we were so grateful.We only regretted not staying longer - an amazing week, thank you - we highly recommend this villa, and would love to return soon.

A magnificent and absolutely wonderful villa

Our family consisting of 8 persons aged from 13 to 85 spent a wonderful week at Finca Son Pol. The house is awesome, equipped with everything you could think of and more.... Every bedroom has a big bathroom, which was much appreciated. The house is equipped with the latest technology as regards heating, cooling and hot water. There is no noisy air conditioning and the temperature is always very comfortable. We appreciated that the house is built to meet with ecological standards. The salt water pool is wonderful, no need to go to the beaches. The view is stunning, with the mountains, the valley and the sea far away. Fresh flowers in every room welcomed us - very nice! The owner, Magdalena Pol, was very nice and service minded. When we arrived quite late and did not find our way, she drove down to Andtratx to guide us! Altogether, we can highly recommend a stay at finca Son Pol. Would love to come back!

Perfect!

We had the most wonderful stay at this property and I cant praise it highly enough. Its as good, if not better, as it looks in the photos and is the most well equipped villa I have ever stayed in. The service we received both before and during our stay was exceptional, responding promptly to all our enquiries as well as giving us excellent suggestions (thank you Ilona!). The location and view is lovely, very peaceful, but not too far from the town for supermarkets etc. We had a mixed party of young and old and it worked well for everyone. The owner also allowed us to visit her nearby house and we took young children to visit the animals and to collect fresh eggs from the hens and have for breakfast, which they loved. Cant wait to go back and would happily recommend to anyone!

A real Gem....!

July 2013 we spent a lovely 10 days with the family (two adults and three children) in this excellent villa Finca Son Pol. Lots of space and luxury all over. Thanks to Ilona for taking care of all the things to take care of. Stunning views from the villa and great surroundings; you’re feeling part of nature on this beautiful estate. The saltwater swimming pool is a gem and also the reason that there is no need to spend the day somewhere else than in and around the villa. If you still want to leave the gate behind you, lots of things to do. Beautiful hiking trails, all in close range. Andratx is some minutes by car and a very calm and friendly village; we can recommend the restaurants at the market square. And don’t forget to visit Palma; you can easily spend some days in the Cathedral and all the small alleys around. If you want to play golf, you can choose some nice courses alle within reasonable range. So just do it, you won’t regret...!

Stunning views

It’s a very comfortable and well equipped spacious villa. The beds were mostly comfortable. It’s a shame the twin beds in a smaller room were springy and uncomfortable so our adult daughters had to sleep on sofas downstairs. The host was reasonably responsive to answer our questions. On our request, she had provided new table tennis bats. The little booklet about the villa was a nice touch. It could have even been better if we could take one away as our souvenir so that we could show it to our friends back home. I am sure some other guests feel the same.

Lovely vacation in Andratix

Absolutely gorgeous home in a perfect location in the hills with an ocean view. Close to beaches, hikes, beautiful towns. We were able to see animals on the farm and Magdalena gave us figs and fresh eggs. It was a great trip!!

The villa is exactly as beautiful and well equipped as pictured. Marta was so communicative, friendly and helpful. The location is convenient to many places on the island. The villa has everything - the pool and outdoor areas are wonderful and you can’t beat the view of mountains and sea. We will definitely come back - hopefully for 2 weeks next time!!

Pefekter Aufenthalt

Marta hat uns super nett empfangen und war auch stets erreichbar. Das Haus war sauber und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Auch für die Kinder war mit Zaun um den Pool und Treppengitter sowie Babybetten alles schon vorbereitet. Gerne wieder !

Hatten eine super Zeit dort. Alles war genauso wie beschrieben!! Würde sofort wieder buchen. Vielen Dank nochmal Marta!!

Nice time!

I spent six days with my family in Martas fantastic house. The house did fit us perfect. We really enjoyed the well equipped kitchen where we together could cook, this close to the generous dining room. It is a house to really have a good time at, both in side and out side with several nice places to eat and relax at. We also enjoyed the quiet surroundings and the beautiful view over looking the hills and the sea. We will certainly remember this beautiful place untill we have a chance to come back! / Sandra Girau and family
