The hotel room smelled bad. The A/C wasn’t working. The TV wasn’t working. We got tired of having to call maintenance. This hotel needs an update. Not staying here anymore and we have stayed here every time we come to Bentonville. Never again

Priscilla was extremely pleasant! Room was clean and breakfast more than we expected! We did not like the fact that the pool and Hot tub area had no toilets or showers. We witnessed many Patrons were using the Hot tub after undoubtedly a hard days work with no shower.

What a pleasant place to stay. Staff was super friendly and breakfast was wonderful. The pool and hot tub was clean and they had plenty of towels when your done. They also had a really nice exercise room.

Check in was not a pleasant experience. It was a lot my fault. When making my reservation, I entered the arrival date a day early. Before I booked, I found my error and changed the dates. I must have missed something on the screen because the original dates got booked. I arrived at the hotel a day late finding my booking had been cancelled for both nights. I understand losing the money for the first night, but I also lost the money for the second night. They would not let me have my second night's room.
