Had to move room for my first time - tv didn't work, Nor did the fridge. Second time after 12:30 pm the heat was stuck at 84 degrees!!! Still waiting for front desk to find a new room where we can regulate the temperature. The gentleman who checked us in was very nice.

Really bad experience, the sheets had a lot hair and probably weren’t even changed and nobody came to changed it and I had to grab a set to the front desk and I make my own bed, also there was so dusty and I found a Cockroach in the bathroom. I don’t think I can come back again.

No microwave in the room that I requested. The mini fridge did not work. There was excessive trash behind the dresser. And the drawer handle on the night stand was broke…just barely hanging on. The room door was not flush with frame, therefore a big gap on the side and underneath the door. The bed was comfortable and clean! The bathroom was clean.
