Nice clean property as described in listing. Host went out of his way to make sure we were welcome and had everything we needed. Located close to shopping and food options. Good jump off point for adventures out of Anchorage.

Anchorage stay

The owner has purchased two lots next door to the property that we stayed at. Our unit had recently been nicely and completely renovated. He has grand ideas for renovating this block. Stay tuned. You are very much in suburbia of the NE part of Anchorage and not in any touristy area. Check in was a little confusing because the picture is of a different unit on the property.

Beautifully Remodeled

We rented this unit as a place to house employees that were coming to Anchorage to work for a week. They loved it! It was beautifully remodeled, very clean, the host was incredibly gracious, and had special touches like a candy jar and pajamas laid out for guests. It was much more affordable than renting a hotel. And when the job ran over- we rented it for another week!
