Wonderful home away from home!

The home was lovely and we were welcomed by local confections as a welcome gift. The inn keepers went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The home is clean, well furnished, and cozy. You could not ask for a better place to stay. The decor was perfectly done to make one feel warm and welcome!

It was a lovely apartment with all the amenities. I was very comfortable. It’s a quiet neighborhood. The host was very considerate of my comfort when repairs needed to be done around the outside of the house. I would definitely stay here again when visiting my family.

The place is much nicer than the pictures both inside and out. It’s clean, well maintained, and welcoming. We arrived past 1 am (planned). It was a breeze to find the place and get the door open. Once inside, the place is beautiful. Everything works. Well recommend staying here!

This was a great stay! The place was clean, comfy, and all of the nice extras like coffee bar and light snacks the hosts provided were welcome touches. Just a quiet, comfortable base for our adventures. Check-in and out couldn't be easier and great communication from the host. I will definitely stay there again when we come back to AK!

Nice, comfortable, roomy apartment.

This apartment was just as described. There were no surprises. It was super comfortable, warm, clean and many of the furnishings were brand new including the towels and most linens. The two beds were comfortable and the place felt plenty roomy. The location was good for me, as I was visiting relatives close by. But it is not walking distance to restaurants, shops or downtown. You’re going to need a car. It is convenient to grocery stores and parks and a pretty easy drive to downtown. There is a really nice playground very close. The kitchen was quite well stocked with dishes, pans and utensils - with the exception of any kid-size items. If you’re travelling with small children I suggest bringing plastic cups, child size bowls and utensils. The laundry room was amazing and the owner even supplied detergent which is always a plus. The only issue I had was a non-response from the owner. It wasn't an urgent matter but was still a little disconcerting. This might have been due to an ownership change that took place during my stay. Bottom line, I would recommend this rental.

Needs met nicely.

We where with our family in the area most of the time, however it was nice to have a quiet place to rest and prepare for another day with family. Our host was easy to talk with and amendable to our needs. We would consider another stay sometime in the future!

Comfortable stay near downtown

We loved our stay in this cozy apartment close to downtown. The apartment was very clean, well stocked with all the daily needs, the beds were firm and comfy and had lot of extra beddings. The host lives in the top flour and is extremely nice and accommodating. Loved our stay here.
