The front desk girl I think is Becky was an absolute delight to deal with her customer service was an absolute 10 out of 10 most of the housekeepers where very polite and helpful and overall happy experience except for the cleaniness of the place 3 rooms switches later and we we're finally in a a clean room but I still had the ask for a broom which I never got but it's ok I improvised and wonderful stay 8 outta 10 definitely return

I have stayed here several times and it is my "go-to" for Butte on my travels. Spacious queen bed room, sink o./s bath. good lighting and fast free internet. Waiting for those sausages in the a.m.!

Wifi was excellent here, beds comfy and plenty of hot water and towels. Breakfast was really good, hot breakfast with eggs and sausage, also pancakes available. Easy check in and welcoming staff.

The pool was about 2 feet low on water, no towels were available, there was no toilet paper or paper towel in the restroom and the front desk person said they were out of towels. We didn't even have enough for our room.

This is going on my list of where not to stay in the future. We booked two rooms for a wrestling tournament. Three if the four rooms assigned when we checked in at 3:15 pm were not clean. The continental breakfast was minimal - hope you like cereal - and their signature pancake machine was broken. The pool was only half full the second night and there were no towels to be had - no extra bath towels and no pool towels. Another in our party booked what they were told was a single king and got a single full instead at a single king price. The service was severely lacking. The room had its own challenges but was sufficient other than the lack of clean towels - we were shorted one. The best thing about this hotel was the chocolate chip cookies offered at the front desk and fact that Dickies BBQ was within walking distance.

People manning the front desk did not say welcome how may we help you? They were unprofessional. The room smelled bad, it had no privacy please tag, the soap dispenser by the sink was out of soap, the light on the desk was unplugged, the bedside table was not wiped off.
