Avoid at all costs not suitable for humans.

The hotel is sooo dirty and bad i left after 1 night. I wouldnt even keep my dog in a hotel that disgusting. And the receptionist had to ask his boss if i was allowed to checkout. What nonsense. Hotels dot com you need to review this hotel its nothing like the pictures.

Unclean hotel, no pest control and greedy staff

Cockroaches all sizes everywhere in the room. Greedy staff asked for thrice as much for trip to airport than Ola for their own taxi, mentioning Ola and Uber unreliable!!! And lastly, after of couple weeks of checkout, some arrogant staff called me for payment, which I had paid while checking in.

STAY ANYWHERE BUT HERE

If you are looking for high speed wifi and high levels of customer service in Amritsar, stay far far away from this hotel. If you don't care about keeping your personal belongings, aka your wallet and cash, then this is the perfect place for you!! Also, if you like tepid showers, living in filth and love sleeping to the melodic tunes of allllll the honks and street noises outside your window, make sure you reserve the grand luxury room early in advance and prepare to pay a lot more. Although the hotel staff ended up comp-ing our dinner and driving us to the airport in an attempt to make up for our miserable experience and the theft of 1500 rupees out of one of our wallets, they did not come close to making up for the frustration and discomfort that we endured. Will definitely NOT be returning.

Average hotel, that was good only because of location of the Golden Temple. Breakfast was limited, and not appealing.

Disappointed!!

I booked this hotel for my parents' stay. They rarely complain about anything but, this was truly disappointing. 1. Rooms were too small, not what we expected from photos shown on the website. Bathrooms specially (I'm not sure if one of a case or with all the rooms). 2. Mattresses were too bad. Mom had to flip the mattress to sleep for a night. 3. There was no water in the room, you would expect it to be there, and room service was not prompt.

Pas dutout comme sur le site web de l'hôtel,ascenceur n'a jamais été nettoyé,chambres malpropre,crasseuse,sentant le moisi,salle de bain pas entretenu,mal propre,mobilier brisé,chaise unique défoncée,armoire déglinguée portes pendantes,ne ferment plus,literie anciennement blanche rendue beige/grise,hôtel à fuir dans un quartier miteux,à coté de rail de trains,sale,pauvre et poussierreux,quartier non intéressant.
