O hotel é excelente em todos os aspectos porém precisam deixar registrado que um dos quartos tem chuveiro “aberto”, no bangalô o banheiro não tem teto e isso não estava descrito. Como choveu alguns dias eu tive que tomar um banho quente na chuva, acontece também a entreda de bichos como pererecas…o chuveiro também não tinha meio termo, ou era quente demais ou gelado demais. Ajustando essas coisas não tenho mais motivos nenhum para falar, café da manhã excelente, restaurante excelente.

Precisa urgente melhorar o atendimento

Experiência ruim, apesar do lugar paradisíaco, a estrutura do hotel já está antiga e com problemas de conservação. Mas o principal problema é o atendimento: falta de pessoal, pouca proatividade, serviço lento ou inexistente. Entre mosquitos, goteiras, problemas no ar condicionado e falta de pessoal para atendimento, a estadia deixou muito a desejar considerando o preço cobrado. Não entrega o valor cobrado e existem opções melhores na região.

Estrutura e café incríveis, com algumas ressalvas

O lugar é lindo, limpo, café da manhã delicioso, e em termos de estrutura entrega muito. O ponto negativo foi porque fomos em baixa temporada, e possivelmente enxugaram demais a quantidade de funcionários e as atividades ao ar livre. Notamos que eram poucos funcionários pra demanda da quantidade de pessoa, e apesar do atendimento ter mantido sua qualidade, eles estavam sobrecarregados. Em uma das noites, só havia um garçom e 2 cozinheiros pra umas 20 pessoas. Além disso, o Instagram menciona algumas atividades como fogueira, DJ, apresentações de sunset, mas apenas na alta temporada, o que frustra um pouco as expectativas. Apesar das ressalvas, recomendo a estadia, muito agradável.
