Join your neighbors in this friendly community and take a stroll down the wide streets of this new development as you take in the beautiful mountain views and marvel at the sunsets. Or just relax in the swings on your private patio as you watch families push their babies in strollers, walk their dogs, go for a jog, and glide by on skateboards and scooters.

One-step entry ; all bedrooms are upstairs.

You will have towels, wash cloths, shower loofahs, shower soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, & trash bags. Also enough dishwasher detergent & laundry detergent for a few loads depending on length of stay.

Free Parking. Guests can park on the street in front (even overnight) or in the driveway in back by the garage. Four cars can fit in the driveway. However, guests will not have access to the garage.

Bedroom #1 Master Bedroom with Queen Bed and en-suite Bathroom (#1) with Tub/Shower.
Bedroom #2 with Queen Bed. Also a toddler bed in the closet, which can be easily pulled out and used.
Bedroom #3 with Queen Bed and Mini Infant Crib.
Bedroom #4 —Large Open Loft (NOT AN ACTUAL CLOSED OFF, SEPARATE BEDROOM) with 2 Twin Beds and a Full-Sized Crib. 1) Twin Light up Princess Bed and 2) Twin Light up Tent Bed. Loft also has a full-sized Crib.
Bathroom #2 with Tub/Shower.
Bathroom #3 Main floor has a half bath. (“Powder bath”)
