Centrally located in the ever popular village of Ambleside, Fell View is a luxury first and second floor apartment, created from a large former Lakeland stone house. Sympathetically and thoughtfully renovated, the apartment provides spacious accommodation in an excellent village location, overlooking the bowling green and recreation ground and with views towards Loughrigg and the surrounding fells. The owners have used their flair for design to introduce a very modern theme in the apartment, with clean lines, subtle colour schemes and quality fittings, creating a truly contemporary feel throughout.

Great base for visiting the lakes

Right in the heart of Ambleside. We were originally a bit nonplussed by the fact that the parking is a 5 minute walk away from the property (there is room to load and unload when you arrive and leave) but it turns out that the parking location is perfect for avoiding some of the crazy queued traffic which crawls through Ambleside at busy times and the walk to and from it is through a beautiful park. The apartment is great with everyone having en suite bathrooms. I've always stayed at places managed by their individual owners before and was a bit put off by the impersonal communications from this property management company but it turned out fine and we had a lovely time.
