The apartment accommodates up to six guests and features two cozy double bedrooms, a full bathroom with shower, and a bright open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. A comfortable sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space for two more guests, making it an ideal choice for larger groups or families traveling together.

The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay, including climate control via aerothermal system providing both heating and cooling, Smart TV, and a Dolce Gusto coffee machine. The fully fitted kitchen allows you to prepare your own meals with ease, making it a great option for longer stays.

The accommodation is equipped with:

Polán is a charming village in the heart of the Montes de Toledo, just 17 km from Toledo city. It offers a peaceful and authentic atmosphere, away from the bustle of the city, while keeping you close to everything you need.

The apartment is an ideal choice for anyone planning a visit to Puy du Fou, just 18 minutes away by car. Its convenient location makes it perfect for enjoying a full day at the park and then returning to a peaceful, comfortable place to relax, combining easy access with the calm of a quieter setting.

The village itself has several local restaurants where you can enjoy traditional Castilian cuisine.

If you enjoy exploring, Polán has some lovely highlights worth discovering: the medieval castle tower, the historic Church of San Pedro y San Pablo, and a street art route featuring a striking 220 m² mural. Nature lovers will also appreciate the nearby El Borril Nature Centre, a natural reserve set in a Mediterranean forest that is home to the Iberian lynx conservation project, open for self-guided visits on weekends.

Toledo, a UNESCO World Heritage city and one of Spain`s most stunning destinations, is only 20 minutes away by car, perfect for a day trip.

A car is required to get around comfortably. There is parking available in the village. Toledo is easily reached via the CM-4000 road, approximately 20 minutes away. Madrid is around 90 km away via the A-42 motorway.

- The apartment features a full aerothermal climate control system, providing both heating and cooling throughout the space.

- The apartment is located on the first floor and is accessible by stairs only. Please note there is no lift in the building.

- For the comfort of all guests and neighbors, the apartment is equipped with a noise level monitoring device.
Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
