Perfect hotel close to the beach and near all the shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet was delicious and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had a beautiful balcony with amazing views.

This is a rare gem located in the heart of Positano. This is one of the most beautiful views I have seen in the world, right outside of our hotel room terrace. The room comes with free breakfast, where you will be greeted by wonderful service. Each morning, Martina, Giovanni, and Giuseppe took wonderful care of us, just like we were family. They were fantastic! It is hard to find such good service as we did each morning at breakfast, and at the hotel restaurant. The restaurant staff were anlso welcoming anbd incredible. I highly recommend eating in Hotel Buca di Bacco restaurant. It was the most authentic and best food by far in Positano. The reception staff was also wonderful, and willing to help with what you need. You will not be able to check in until 3pm as this is a busy hotel. They will call a porter and taxi when you need one. The hotel is very clean, and the cleaning staff was amazing. There were days they came in and cleaned the hotel room twice. Thank you for a fantastic stay here. I would definitely book this hotel again when I come back to Positano. It was a fantastic experience.

Most amazing hotel and views from our balcony! Positano is stunning and we could not have picked a more magnificent spot. Getting off the ferry (which is absolutely the easiest way to arrive) we had a short walk over a small walking bridge and no stairs to the hotel. (Do not use google maps - local porter showed us the way at no charge) The bellman met us at the bottom of the town stairs and took our luggage (after I went to the front desk so they could send him). A game changer! The staff for breakfast and dinner and front desk were so wonderful and gracious. Our room was so gorgeous #43 ~ we can’t say enough. We will recommend this hotel to all our friends planning a visit to the Amalfi coast.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed and at home. Their warmth and hospitality set the tone for an unforgettable stay. Amazing place within steps of the beach. Great location. Fabulous breakfasts each morning overlooking the sea. The staff was amazing. Recommend you hire a porter in advance to get your bags to and from the hotel. There are a lot of steps and it's a long way to a "main" roadway.

Great hotel and the best location in front of Marina. No car zone., so there is some walking steps. Breakfast good more like a continental breakfast but lots of it.
