GOLFER'S PARADISE, LONG TERM RENTAL (finished in March 2023), beautiful home backing up to a natural Floridian preserve with relaxing lanai and comfortable seating for 6. On the front side of the home is the fairway of hole number 6 at River Hall Country Club. Home is fully furnished with 3 beds, 3 baths, den AND YOUR OWN COMMUNITY GOLF CART (must provide proof of insurance). A very quiet, peaceful community to relax and enjoy yourself and the things you love to do, with the ability to loosen up as necessary! Along with the rental of the home comes the transferable golf membership and an all access Town Hall pass. This includes unlimited golf at River Hall Country Club (Davis Love III course), private (members only) pool with Tiki bar, clubhouse with restaurant and bar, additional pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, state of the art gym, etc.... The mood of the Country Club is very laid back, welcoming and warm with an excellent staff that makes you feel at home. The community does not allow for short term rentals, the minimum is 60 days and up based on availability. Plenty of extra curricular activities to do outside of the community along with shopping, dining and exploring nearby communities (Naples, Fort Myers, Punta Gorda, etc...). If you're not sure if the Florida golf community is for you or you're just looking for something new and different from the norm, you will have zero regret, the only question will be.....should we book next year now??
