Great Place!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect for our getaway! Very quiet and peaceful. Saw deer and elk everyday. Great place to enjoy God’s beautiful creation.

A cozy family getaway!!

We had the most wonderful holiday at this beautiful VRBO house! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and charm, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to prepare festive meals, and the living area was spacious enough for our family to gather, play games, and enjoy each other's company. We especially loved the cozy nooks to relax and watch for local wildlife out the windows made everything feel even more magical.The location was perfect—quiet yet close to everything we wanted to do, including golf, walks and charming shops.This was truly a memorable Christmas, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate the season. We highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a peaceful and festive retreat during the holidays. We’ll definitely be back next year!

Beautiful View and Great Location!!!

This house couldn't have been better! Loved everything about it. There was plenty of space for the whole family so we were never on top of each other. We went skiing and played pickleball and the location made it easy to get to everything. Enchanted Vines Winery was so close which was great. Not only is the cabin beautiful but the view from the back porch makes you feel like you are alone in the mountains! We will be back!

Awesome House

If you’re looking for a beautiful place to stay in Ruidoso this is it. This home is very close to ski Apache and in a golf course community. Get ready to see herds of elk, mule deer as well as wild horses. Our family had a great time enjoying nature and the pool table. Will definitely stay here again.

Great Weekend Getaway

This property was a great weekend getaway for our group of friends! We really enjoyed the location, hot tub, comfy beds, and the pool table. And I should mention they have a great ice machine "with the good ice"...it's the little things in life that make us happy sometimes haha I would highly recommend this property, we had a small issue with the garbage disposal and the owner answered very quickly and it was fixed in no time. If I could change one thing it was that one couple had to draw the short straw and sleep in the room with twin beds but we knew that up front so no surprises. Again, great property, and highly recommended!!!

Amazing cabin and great place to stay!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Silver Fox Inn! The cabin, the view and the proximity to town were fantastic. The cabin itself is very clean and extremely spacious. It has a hot tub, a pool table and so many things to do, I never felt like I needed to leave. I will absolutely stay there again!

Great House!!!

I love, love, love this house. We had everything that we needed for our stay and had a very homey feel. The location is right where you want it. Its close enough to get where you need to go all over Ruidoso, but has a view that makes you feel secluded. Communication with host was great. Highly recommend!!!

Awesome Mountain Getaway

We had the best time. I thought the house was better than the pictures to be honest, and really clean. We never felt crowded, and we were able to enjoy the many amenities. We didn't have much need to communicate with the hosts because everything went off without a hitch. The communication prior to the trip was great. I was a little nervous about the internet based on a past review, but we had no issues at all. We will definitely be coming back.

Pretty but had some flaws

Aesthetically beautiful cabin but there where some issues. When we got there the porch and patio where covered in snow and there was not shovel to move the snow ourselves. The front door doorknob on the inside fell off completely we had to keep putting it on to go in and out. The internet doesn’t work at all, it’s too slow to use which means all the TVs where useless because of the wifi being way too slow. The heater heats up the upstairs way to much it was like a sauna until we opened the windows. The downstairs living room chairs are dangerous, 3 of the chairs are really flimsy. Other than that it was a pretty cabin but those issues didn’t make our stay the best especially for the price we paid.

Beautiful home for a mountain getaway!

My friend and I enjoyed staying at the Silver Fox Inn. It is a nice, spacious property… and has a hot tub on the back deck with a great view!!! Check in/out was very simple and easy. I loved that the host also provides a welcome booklet that included things to do around the area. The house was very clean and welcoming. They even have little shampoo, conditioner, and soap travel size bottles on the counter in the bathrooms. I thought that was such a cute touch. When I am back in Ruidoso I will definitely book here again.
