The property has three floors, on the first floor you will find a large living-dining room with direct access to a large terrace with a covered and an uncovered part, independent kitchen, guest toilet and laundry room. Imagine enjoying dinner on the terrace while admiring the views of the sea and the island of Altea. The bungalow also has direct access to a beautiful communal swimming pool, shared with only 6 other bungalows. Only 100 metres away you will find a direct exit to a quiet beach.
On the first floor you will find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite, with two bedrooms that have their own terrace.
The master bedroom with stunning views of the sea and the island of Altea. On the third floor you will find a fourth bedroom, a bathroom and a terrace with stunning views. The property has luxury qualities with the best materials and finishes, such as underfloor heating, central air conditioning, Italian marble floors and all the comforts to enjoy this beautiful home.
Parking is available on the property free of charge. Pets, smoking and events are not allowed.
