The villa features 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms spread across three levels, all easily accessible by both an internal staircase and a private elevator. Entering the property from street level, you will find private outdoor parking for two cars. From the entrance hall, you step onto a welcoming terrace with artificial grass and a comfortable lounger, an ideal spot to take in the peaceful mountain and valley views.



Going down, you enter the main living level. It is bright and open-plan, with large sliding doors connecting the indoor and outdoor spaces seamlessly. Outside, the sunny terrace offers sun loungers, a private 6x2 meter swimming pool, an outdoor dining area, and spectacular open views across the valley and nature.



Inside, the living area is beautifully designed with a large corner sofa, TV with Orange Decoder to connect with your own device, a dining table, and a modern open kitchen with bar stools. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large American fridge and freezer, induction hob, combi oven/microwave, air fryer, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and dishwasher. Also on this level is a guest toilet and a comfortable bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe space, TV with Firestick, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, bathtub, bidet, and toilet.



On the lower level, again accessible by stairs or elevator, you will find the remaining three bedrooms, all with double beds and wardrobe space. Two of these bedrooms also feature a TV with Firestick and ensuite bathrooms with a shower/bath combination and toilet. Please note that the fourth bedroom does not have a private bathroom and uses one of the ensuite bathrooms from the neighbouring bedrooms.



The entire villa benefits from integrated air conditioning and free Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable stay throughout the year.

4: The house is situated in a residential area. Parties and excessive noise are prohibited at all times.

5: You rent a private accommodation. Toilet paper and soap are provided upon arrival, but you must restock them yourself.

6: The fourth bedroom does not have a private bathroom and uses one of the ensuite bathrooms from the neighbouring bedrooms.
