A 4 bedroom Villa with stunning views of the countryside and the Atlantic Ocean. 5 minutes drive from Costa da Caparica beach and 15 minutes from capital city Lisbon. Vila Amaro is situated in a rural setting in a quiet, secure and friendly environment. The Villa is equipped with everything you will need to enjoy a perfect holiday. At the entrance of the villa there is a furnished patio with a gas powered BBQ.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances needed to prepare your own meals adjacent to the dining/ sitting room open concept fit for 8 people. There are also a two bathroom full equipped and two bedrooms with kingsize bed.
The dinning space has plenty of space to sit with views to private swimming pool.
On the 1st floor there are a living space with a beautiful balcony. Living room has air conditioning multi split type. Cable TV with more than 200 international channels and fast WIFI connectivity. A/C on the 1st floor.
There are four bedrooms, three with a double bedroom and another with two single beds. All bedrooms are equipped with built-in mirrored wardrobes.
There is a complete bathroom that serves these 2 bedrooms on ground floor with bath and shower, bidet, toilet and wash hand basin.
Another bathroom is adjacent to the kitchen on the ground floor and a third bathroom is on the first floor.
Pool towels are provided and stored in wicker basket next to ground floor bathroom.
All towels are provided.We would like to remind guests that this is a non smoking villa and we do not allow smoking inside the villa.
