Great location, but the nights do get noisy with the restaurant just below you. If you're a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend, but otherwise yes.

Tolle Lage!

Ligging appartement is super, dichtbij t strand, centrum, openbaar vervoer.

A little gem in Alicante Old Town.

We have stayed in this apartment before and it was just as nice the second time. It is so close to the square when you open the windows you feel like you are in it. The kitchen is well equipped and the air con is great. A lovely place to stay in the heart of the old town. It’s about 5 minutes to the beach and about 10 mins to the Market and Tram Station. You check in and out at the B and B just up the street and you can leave your bags there on the last day and have use of toilets and showers.

Great Accommodation not sure about location.

Apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Very clean overall. Location we thought ideal at first, right in the heart of the old town, close to the beach, marina and shops. However what we did not take into account is noise. Each night we did not have a restful sleep. There was a lot of noise from people to lorries to road sweepers. After a few nights we were looking forward to coming home! No negatives against the actual accommodation just location we would prefer something quieter or at least to have been warned!
