Rooms were run down, couple of them had mold on the couch. The hallways smelled like burning rubber from the elevator. Nothing like the pictures in on the site. Staff was ok, no one wowed me! All seemed exhausted and overwhelmed.

The doors slam very loudly. You can hear them between floors even and the elevator beeps when the doors open. The rooms & lobby need a refresh they are pretty dated.

We checked in and the night shift lady horrible customer service not welcoming at all, breakfast seemed like it was re-cooked from previous days, cleanliness we would have to ask for them to clean our room, was not cleaned everyday stayed there 5 days room only cleaned twice. The room was clean. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. I chose this hotel because it stated that it was only an 11 minute drive to the Naval RTC graduation. The drive was actually 25 minutes. Otherwise, nice hotel; I’d stay again.

My stay at the Comfort Suites was comfortable and quiet, with the room and pool area being very clean. I also appreciated the friendly cleaning staff who greeted guests in the hallway. As my room faced the east, there was a beautiful sunrise from my window! Great stay for the price!
