There are also two balconies, one of which has a sea view, ideal for splendid breakfasts with a view.

The apartment is located on the Balaguer hill, one of the most magical areas of Alghero, a few minutes walk from the historic center of Alghero and the sea. The area is full of services, restaurants, bars and supermarkets, all within a few steps. Right under the building there is also a charging station for electric cars.
