The entire apartment has been recently renovated including the bathroom, spacious and comfortable. There are also two balconies, one of which has a sea view, ideal for splendid breakfasts with a view.

The apartment is located on the Balaguer hill, one of the most magical areas of Alghero, a few minutes walk from the historic center of Alghero and the sea. The area is full of services, restaurants, bars and supermarkets, all within a few steps. Right under the building there is also a charging station for electric cars.



The apartment is ideal for all those who love to immerse themselves in the local culture without giving up comfort, walks at sunset around the house will leave you with unforgettable memories.

The area is also particularly safe given its proximity to the Police station.
