Great apartment. Good size. Good position. Owner extremely helpful and accommodating.
10 nights in Alghero. 3 bed Apartment, plenty of room, well equipped, in a good position. Was quiet and we all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Margherita, the owner, was so helpful. We arrived about 21:30 in the evening, much later than we thought but Margherita made sure everything was OK. Would definitely recommend.

L'appartement est trĂšs bien situĂ©, propre, avec une salle de bain refaite Ă neuf, une cuisine bien Ă©quipĂ©e, et un supermarchĂ© juste en bas. Mais, mais, mais...Contrairement Ă ce que laisse penser les photos (retouchĂ©es), c'est un vieil appart des annĂ©es 70, dans son jus, sans double vitrage, trĂšs bruyant et laissant passer les courants d'air. A Ă©viter l'hiver. Le seul moyen de chauffer (en dehors d'une chambre Ă©quipĂ©e de la clim reversible), ce sont des chauffages d'appoints Ă©lectriques qui font sauter les plombs si on les branche en mĂȘme temps, car le compteur Ă©lectrique n'est pas assez puissant. RĂ©sultat, plus d'eau chaude, car le chauffe-eau doit ĂȘtre rĂ©initialisĂ© Ă distance par la proprio. Gros problĂšme aussi, avec le voisin du dessus, trĂšs bruyant la nuit.La proprio fait ce qu'elle peut de loin (elle est toutefois rĂ©active) et heureusement que la femme de mĂ©nage qui habite Ă proximitĂ© est lĂ pour tenter de rĂ©gler les problĂšmes (elle est trĂšs gentille).En rĂ©sumĂ©, un appart parfait, en Ă©tĂ©, si vous n'ĂȘtes pas sensible aux bruits et pas trop nombreux non plus (Ă 9, cela me parait compliquĂ©).

Tout ce qu'il faut!
Nous avons passĂ© d'agrĂ©ables vacances sans cet appartement dans un quartier rĂ©sidentiel proche du centre historique (10min) et 5 min de la plage d'Alghero. Nous avons renoncĂ© Ă louer une voiture et ne l'avons pas regrettĂ©, mĂȘme si parking gratuit dans les rues ça doit ĂȘtre compliquĂ© de trouver une place dans les rues alentour et parkings plage payants. Tout se fait Ă pied et en bus. Bus de la plage 5⏠la journĂ©e pour aller sur des magnifiques plages comme Mugoni et Porticciolo. prendre un bus Ă l'aĂ©roport = 1euros p personne et Ă 30min. Eviter les taxis c'est l'arnaque! L'appartement Ă©tait trĂšs propre et il y avait tout ce qu'il faut. Avons apprĂ©ciĂ© les serviettes de plage, les produits douche, les parasols et chaises de plage et papier toilette ainsi que tout les produits de base. Une bouteille de vin nous attendait pour l'apĂ©ritif!! La tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă©tait neuve et le wifi fonctionne bien dans le salon mais pas les chambres. La clim dans la chambre du fond permet de refroidir l'appartement en gĂ©nĂ©ral et des ventilateurs ds chaque piĂšce.Margharita a fait beaucoup d'efforts pour qu'on se sente bien et son ami est mĂȘme venu nous chercher en voiture au supermarchĂ© car nous Ă©tions perdus. Seul point nĂ©gatif est le bruit des voisins. L'immeuble est mal insonorisĂ© et les gens locaux assez bruyants. IdĂ©al pour une famille de 6 personnes ou trois jeunes couples, Ă 8 c'est serrĂ© surtout que les wc sont dans la salle de bain. Je recommande cette adresse Ă des personnes qui souhaitent bĂ©nĂ©ficier du tourisme d'Alghero sans pour autant rĂ©sider dans les quartiers hyper bondĂ©s. Alghero est une ville avec beaucoup d'animations le soir(parc d'attractions, terrasses et boutiques). Merci pour tout!!!!

TrÚs bon séjour!!!!
Appartement trĂšs et grand, avec tout ce quâil faut!!!! Il faudra mettre certaines choses aux goĂ»ts du jour (tĂ©lĂ©vision, cafetiĂšre,...) mais rien de gĂȘnant. Merci encore!!!

Nous devions passer 3 nuits dans cet appartement avec ma mĂšre et mes deux enfants.
Mais cela s'est avéré totalement impossible pour les raisons suivantes :
- une odeur de tabac insoutenable (surtout lorsque vous ĂȘtes avec des enfants) qui n'a pu partir malgrĂ© les fenĂȘtres grandes ouvertes.
- des photos grandement améliorées par rapport à la réalité. L'appartement est vétuste, mal insonorisé, mal éclairé et ne ressemble pas à l'appartement moderne et propret des photos mises sur le site.
L' équipement est également usé :
- un réfrigérateur réparé avec du scotch à l' intérieur et générant un froid insuffisant. La propreté des joints est trÚs approximative ( morceaux noirs non identifiés).
- une baignoire avec un trou au milieu rafistolé avec un gros bout de mastique formant une bosse.
- des fenĂȘtres qui s'ouvrent et se ferment mal.
- une climatisation- chauffage (uniquement dans la chambre du fond) dont les tuyaux extĂ©rieurs sont retenus avec un bout de scotch sur le balcon qui fait lui mĂȘme dĂ©labrĂ©.
- une télévision qui doit dater des années 70.
- une wifi ( dont le boitier est introuvable) qui ne permet pas de consulter internet.
- une chasse d'eau qui ne fonctionne pas normalement ( bruit important).
- des serviettes trÚs usées et j'en passe.....
Un appartement Ă l'air difficilement respirable, triste, vieillot, bruyant ( bruits important des portes des espaces communs et des appartements voisins) !
Devant ce constat dĂ©plorable, j'ai pris la dĂ©cision de trouver un autre logement et j'en ai informĂ© la propriĂ©taire qui n'a mĂȘme pas pris la peine de me rĂ©pondre. Bien sur, tout avait Ă©tĂ© intĂ©gralement payĂ© depuis plus d'un mois.
J'ai demandé un remboursement partiel mais n'est reçu aucune réponse pour l'instant.
Conclusion : J'ai Ă©tĂ© obligĂ©e de payer trois nuits dâhĂŽtel ce qui a doublĂ© le budget de mes vacances. Une trĂšs mauvaise adresse Ă Ă©viter !

A un passo da tutto
Siamo stati ad Alghero ad aprile. Lâappartamento di Margherita Ăš letteralmente vicinissmo a tutto: a due passi dalla spiaggia, il supermercato Ăš sotto casa, la fermata dellâaurobus per lâaeroporto a 5 minuti e a pochi minuti di passeggiata dal centro storico.
Lâappartamento Ăš comodo e spazioso, con tutto il necessario (câera da mangiare per un reggimento!). Lo stile Ăš un poâ anni Settanta ma pulito e ben tenuto. Facile parcheggiare la macchina. Forse si potrebbe pensare a una nuova tv.

Ruhige Lage aber trotzdem alles fuĂlĂ€ufig zu erreichen
In der Wohnung ist alles was man braucht vorhanden. Der Kontakt und die Ăbergabe waren sehr freundlich!!! Das Meer und auch die Altstadt sind zu FuĂ sehr einfach zu erreichen. Trotzdem ist die Wohnung in einer ruhigen Lage. Ca. 50 m entfernt ist ein gut sortierter Supermarkt. Alles in Allem: SEHR ZU EMPFEHLEN!!!

TrÚs bon séjour à Alghero!
Bel appartement, spacieux, avec tout ce qu'il faut pour notre séjour. Tres bien situé, proche de la plage et du centre historique, tout peut se faire à pied! Pizzeria et supermarché au coin de la rue. Le parasol et jeux de plage pour les enfants ont bien été appréciés. La proprietaire etait aussi tres arrangeante concernant les heures d'arrivée. Bref super séjour à Alghero.
