Nice apartment located in a quiet area, a few steps from the Barcelona promenade and 500 meters from the city beach, both free and equipped. The apartment, located on the second floor without lift, is composed as follows: living room with table for up to six people, with TV and DVD; kitchenette equipped with fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker; two double or choice double bedrooms; a bedroom with a single bed; bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine; large balcony, free WI-FI, bathroom linen, bed and tablecloths. The area is covered by all kinds of services, a few dozen meters away there are: pharmacy, tobacconist, bar, supermarket, greengrocer, fish shop and fish market, butchers, petrol station, car, motorbike and bicycle rentals. Centrale e spazioso, ma richiede un po' di manutenzione

La casa è comoda perché si trova vicino al centro ed è circondata da negozi, ma abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare parcheggio vicino casa, anche se questo sembra un problema comune in qualunque zona di Alghero. La proprietaria è una persona molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è ampio e spazioso e con la mia famiglia (moglie e due figli) siamo stati complessivamente bene. Comunque, l'appartamento necessita di qualche piccolo lavoretto di manutenzione e si nota che non è abilitato normalmente.

La casa è vicinissima a tutti i servizi e alla spiaggia, si arriva in centro in 5 minuti a piedi , molto spaziosa e ben arredata!!! Noi cinque siamo stati veramente bene!!!

Very well located nice appartment
