Alghero - Villa Marlena is a recommended home for those who need privacy and tranquility.

The villa, located close to Alghero, is a few minutes drive from the Bombarde and Lazzaretto beaches, the most beautiful beaches on the Coral Riviera.

The villa, FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF OUR GUESTS, is ideal for up to 10 people.

Inside the villa, divided into 2 floors connected by an internal staircase, there are 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and a bedroom with two single beds + 2 additional beds).

In the house there are 3 bathrooms with shower. In the garden next to the swimming pool there is an outdoor shower. Gazebo with table and barbecue. In the house there is a living room with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool and a fully equipped kitchen.

The washing machine is located in the laundry area. There is air conditioning in the villa, 2 spits on the upper floor and one on the lower floor.
The villa, furnished with extreme care, is very bright thanks to the large windows overlooking the swimming pool and the large windows in the living room, which overlook the covered veranda and the lawn, with a breathtaking view of the magnificent garden. The villa is in the center of a large lawn with olive trees and palms.

In the lawn, in front of the veranda, there is a private swimming pool (16 x 5) with a lower part suitable for children and a higher part in which you can dive. There are deck chairs and umbrellas around the pool. The villa and garden, for exclusive use, have been designed for the safety of younger children.

The area where the villa is located, very close to the city center, is very quiet, but not isolated given that there are numerous villas inhabited all year round. Close to the swimming pool there is an outdoor veranda with barbecue, table and chairs, ideal for outdoor lunches and dinners close to the swimming pool.

Great Villa in Alghero area

The Villa was outstanding. Beautiful and spacious. We were 2 families 6 people in total and it was perfect for us. The villa is short drive away from Alghero city which is a great holiday town. You will definitely need to rent a car if you stay in this location as it's slightly remote but for us it was perfect.

Great family holiday spot

The villa has a lovely pool, plenty big enough, and with a large, green, well kept garden. The villa itself has 4 good sized bedrooms and two kitchens. The layout is very good, and the air con keeps everywhere cool. There is some updating needed, eg the kitchenware is all quite worn, and the mattresses and pillows were not very comfortable. There is WiFi at the property but it is very slow, and often didn’t work at all. The villa is located in a fairly remote area so all outings need to be by car. It is very close to Alghero and to various lovely beaches. Overall a really lovely stay, in a beautiful villa.

Tolles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung mit wunderschönem und super Pool

Wir konnten uns dort sehr gut erholen, das Haus ist sehr sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet. Der Garten ist traumhaft und sehr gepflegt, genauso wie der Pool. Die lauen Abende genossen wir unter der Pergola beim Grillen. Leider konnten wir zu der Zeit nur eine der beiden Küchen vollständig nutzen; das WLAN war zeitweise relativ schwach.

Traumhaftes Urlaubsziel in Ruhiger Lage!!

Wir waren mit zwei Familien in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus, und waren sehr zufrieden! Der Pool ist riesig, ein Grill mit überdachten Freisitz was will man mehr. Waschmaschine, komplette Küchenausrüstung ist vorhanden. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, wir waren sehr begeistert und haben jede Minute genossen!!!

Molto bella!!! Soggiorno rilassante.

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza veramente bella e rilassante. Eravamo ad Alghero con 1 copia di amici e 4 bambini. I bimbi sono stati molto bene e hanno giocato tutto il tempo in piscina e nel prato e questo devo dire che ha aiutato noi genitori a rilassarci finalmente . La sera, al rientro dal mare, stavamo tutti insieme intorno al barbecue ed alla piscina e abbiamo sempre mangiato fuori. La villa ha tutto il necessario per far trascorrere dei piacevoli momenti sia all'interno ma specialmente all'esterno. Alghero è una bella cittadina e le spiagge sono molto belle. La villa dista solo pochi minuti di macchina dal centro e dalle spiagge e la posizione a ridosso dei servizi ma tranquilla è stato un plus! Grazie Maria per i tanti suggerimenti ricevuti. Ritorneremo di sicuro.

Great villa in quiet place

The villa is great - big enough, clean, just refurbished, everything works good, furniture and kitchen appliances are very good, enough plates, bowls, glasses, towels etc. for 8 people. Suitable for small kids - safe and nothing to broke :) Huge lounge - terrace very nice. Barbecue station in the garden is very good as well (wood, coal etc. is generously provided by the owner). Location is very quiet, 10 mins by car to the sea. Not so many places to eat nearby, but we had a car, so it was not a problem. Parking inside the huge property. The manager, Manuela, was very kind and helpful, answered all our questions, gave us a lot of useful advices about food, vine, restaurants and sightseeing. We will come back!

Das Haus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Grosser Garten für Kinder, gut eingerichtete Küche, schöne Zimmer, gepfleger Pool! Es hat einfach alles gepasst! Die Ansprechspartner waren immer und jederzeit erreichbar und haben bei Problemen sofort reagiert und geholfen!
