Beautiful beach close by
Really close to the beach only 3min in car. Aircondition in kitchen/Living area and fans in all bedrooms so the House was Nice to be in despite of a heatwawe. The Young couple who lived upstairs, and owned the place were really Nice and very good at english. We had a great time!

Excellente semaine.
Villa très agréable, spacieuse et très bien aménagée. Les hôtes sont adorables. Notre fils de 2 ans a bien profiter de l'espace extérieure. La plage la plus proche est à 5 min, le centre d'alghero à 15min en voiture. On recommande.

Heerlijk huis op 'n prima locatie, goed uitgeruste keuken. Heerlijk terras.
Door de hitte hebben we geen gebruik kunnen maken van de fijne buitenruimte omdat die niet verlicht was na zonsondergang. Slapen zonder airco met 4 personen op 'n kamer was erg lastig. Prijs is aan de hoge kant voor wat je krijgt. Prijs kwaliteit is niet goed. Ook nog extra betalen voor beddengoed en handdoeken en schoonmaak. Veilige omgeving met veel ruimte.
Alghero is prachtig en de kust is mooi. Stranden voorbij Fertilia zijn echte aanrader.

La pergola est très bien pensée pour les chaleurs d'été !

Accueil très sympatique
Famille avec 6 enfants, nous avons passé 15 jours très agréables chez Luigi qui est aux petits soins pour que nous soyons bien.
La maison est partagée avec Guiseppe (fils de Luigi) et sa famille mais cohabitation très sympathique. Le jardin est rempli de citronniers et d'orangers magnifiques et prolifiques..
L'équipement de la cuisine est très sommaire mais ne pas hésiter à demander à Luigi pour compléter ce qui manque.

Schönes Appartment
- großzügiges Appartment in wunderschönem Olivenhain in riesigem Grundstück, Meeresblick konnten wir allerdings nicht entdecken
- sauber und gegenüber Bildern auch renoviert (Fernseher vorhanden, wer Italienisch kann)
- Ausstattung wie angegeben, vielleicht etwas zu Camping-artig (Plastikgeschirr)
- sehr nette Vermieter, der Empfang war sehr freundlich und mit englisch/Italienisch Mischung konnte man gut durchkommen
- Beachten: Vermieter will Zahlung in bar und gibt die Homeaway Gebühren an den Mieter weiter
- relativ teure Endreinigung von 80 EUR
