Located in the peaceful Algaida countryside in Mallorca, this traditional 300 m² house welcomes up to 7 guests in 4 bedrooms (2 double beds, 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and microwave, plus a spacious living-dining area with fireplace and satellite TV. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, air conditioning, washing machine, workspace, cot, high chair, and self check-in.



Outside, relax in the private 10 x 4 m saltwater pool with outdoor shower and furnished terraces, both covered and open. The private garden features a hammock, barbecue area with wood oven, mountain views, and a balcony. Children can enjoy the shared playground with swings, slides, sand toys, and books.



The property is fully fenced for privacy and offers 1 shared on-site parking space, with more parking available on the street. One pet is allowed. Events are not permitted.



Built with local stone, the villa provides an authentic rural experience surrounded by nature. Just minutes from Algaida village, 25 minutes from Palma, 15 minutes from the airport, and close to beaches like Es Trenc and Caló Fort.
