SPACE You’re welcomed into the hallway with the stairs rising ahead of you, the family room, utility room and cloakroom to your right; living room and back hallway with door to the garden and space for buggies etc. to your left; and kitchen/breakfast room with French doors to the garden at the back of the house. The whole house is carpeted other than the kitchen and bathrooms.
KITCHEN/BREAKFAST ROOM Sitting at the back of the house, this large and light kitchen has French doors opening into the garden – ideal for dining in the fresh air. Units wrap around two walls and house everything you need to cater at home - an electric oven with separate grill, a four-ring gas hob with extractor over, an under counter fridge, a dishwasher, free standing microwave, kettle and toaster. There’s a dining table with six chairs and a highchair for little guests!
LIVING ROOM This cosy room with a wood burning stove has a couple of sofas, a TV and DVD player and a selection of books, DVDs and games for your entertainment.
FAMILY ROOM A great place for kids to chill, simply furnished with bean bags and a cabinet housing a TV.

OUTSIDE The house is set back from Saxmundham Road with a path leading up to the front door and continuing to the back of the house where a gate opens into the back garden. The front garden is mainly lawn with a patio and bench inviting you to enjoy a morning coffee in the sunshine. The garden at the back is fully enclosed and also grassed with a patio - perfect for games or meals, furnished with.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.
