Our house in Alcanada is just 150 meters from the ocean. Quietly located and perfect for families, golfers, cyclists, and more—whether you’re taking a stroll along the beach to the lighthouse or want to enjoy the nightlife in Port Alcudia—EVERYTHING is within walking distance.

Just about 45 minutes from Palma Airport, our house in Alcanada—an upscale villa community in Alcudia—is bright, spacious, and modern.

With approximately 220 square meters of living space, our home features 4 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, and can accommodate up to 8 people. We’re happy to provide a high chair and a crib upon request. German television is available via satellite, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

On the upper floor, there is a bedroom, a bathroom, and a large living-dining-kitchen area with high-end appliances (Gaggenau stove and other German brands). The living room is bright and inviting, flooded with light through large balcony windows, and you can see the sea from the spacious balcony.
On the lower floor, there are three additional bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. One bedroom has direct access to the pool and a large walk-in closet. In general, every room features large built-in closets.
Our villa has air conditioning and central heating, and the bathrooms feature underfloor heating, making it ideal for year-round use. . A washing machine and various household appliances such as a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, and more are also available for guests’ use.

The pool, measuring approximately 32 square meters, is perfect for a good swim (Caution! Due to its depth of 1 m to 2.50 m, the pool is not suitable for small children or non-swimmers).
In the back, you’ll find a cozy lounge area with a stainless-steel grill; out front, there’s a dining table set for up to 10 people.

Additional costs: In Mallorca, every tourist aged 16 and older must pay an “eco-tax.” Depending on the season (off-peak or peak), this amounts to €0.55–€2.20 per person per night. Starting on the 9th day, the amount is reduced. The amount depends on the time of year. This fee is paid separately on-site to the property management.

A few days before arrival, you will be asked to provide your personal information for mandatory tourist registration with the police. If you have any questions, please contact us.

There are plenty of parking spaces right outside the door, but there is also a parking spot on the property grounds.


Please note: Charging an electric car is prohibited. If charging occurs nonetheless, a contractual penalty of 300 euros will be charged, plus the applicable electricity costs.
