Ca'n Moranta is a beautiful country house, lined with stone and Mallorcan style, located in a very quiet area surrounded by forest and a beautiful orange orchard.
The house, on one floor, has 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), a large well-equipped kitchen, living room, large covered terrace with a large table to enjoy a good meal on the barbecue or enjoy of a quiet game of table tennis, cool off in the pool surrounded by a pleasant and well-kept garden and stroll around in the middle of nature.
It is located near the towns of Pollença and Alcúdia, with beautiful coves to enjoy the sea. Wide variety of shops, restaurants and nightlife a few km.
You can also enjoy the house in winter season, taking advantage of the proximity of the Sierra de Tramuntana (World Heritage Site). The house has a wood stove for a warm atmosphere.

Gorgeous peaceful location
The host Margarita is delightful and very accommodating- she left a hamper of food as a welcome gift and was on hand if we had any questions. Very peaceful setting- a car is required as it so down a remote track- perfect place to relax and as base for exploring. Highly recommend!

Sweet and comfortable house in peaceful countryside
We loved our time here, the house is very well cared for, and the location is quiet and beautiful. The pool is great, there is plenty of comfortable space outside to sit and to listen to the sounds of the goats and the chickens. The owner lives down the road and is very kind and helpful. Our group had a wonderful time, highly recommend.

Cute Casa
Cute little casa nestled in the country but not far from Pollensa and Alcudia. Neighbours are chicken, sheep amd geese. Lovely owners, who were very helpful, are just up the road. The casa was very clean and we had a change of bedding during our stay. One of the lights blew but was replaced very quickly. As with all country properties if there is a thunderstorm the electricity will turn off. Emergency lighting came on immediately and we just turned the electricity back on at the fuse box (to the left as you face the front door). A lovely rest.

fantastic week
We had a perfect week here with our grown up children. Lovely friendly hosts who were on hand if needed, but otherwise we felt like we were away from everything. Pictures do not do it justice and we couldn’t wanted more for a relaxing break in a beautiful part of Majorca

Lovely property. Excellently presented, and has had upgrading work carried out over the winter to even more improve the facilities. Situated in a quiet rural location, but within an easy drive to shops, restaurants, beaches etc. Very welcoming and friendly hosts. Thank you Martin and Marguerite for looking after us so well. lovely property with great facilities and pool
We had a lovely family holiday in July and was very much welcomed by Margarita and family during our stay. The property was very picturesque with everything you could need and was nice and clean. Margarita made sure we had everything we needed including fresh eggs and fruit from her garden aswell as clean towels. We would definately enjoy another stay in the future.

Ruhige Finca in sehr ländlicher Umgebung - Auto absolut notwendig!
Sehr einsam und ruhig gelegene Finca. Einzig das Blöcken der Schafe, das sehr frühe Krähen des Hahnes, das Zirpen der Grillen und die Einflugschneise (allerdings noch in hoher Höhe) des Flughafens war zu hören. Ansonsten: absolute Stille. Wir haben das sehr genossen. Einziger Kritikpunkt: die Sonnenliegen und die Gartenstühle könnten ausgetauscht werden. Und in der Küche die rin oder andere Pfanne. Ansonsten ist die Kommunikation mit den lieben Eigentümerinnen sehr gut, die Betten sind bequem, die Klimaanlage sehr gut und die Duschen gut. Der Kühlschrank ist etwas klein bei Vollbelegung mit 6 Personen. Da wir zu 4 wsren, hat es uns nicht gestört. Danke an Margerita und Joana für den Korb mit Obst, Wein und Lebensmitteln zur Begrüßung. Wer Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht, ist hier richtig. Mückenmittel unbedingt mitnehmen! Bis demnächst! Brigitte und Michael, Iris und Stefan

Ruhe-Oase
Wir waren als als Familie mit einer befreundeten Familie für 8 Nächte hier und es war sehr schön. Es ist 1 zu 1 wie in der Anzeige abgebildet und beschrieben man kauft also tatsächlich womit geworben wird. War eine absolute Ruhe-Oase die man nach einem turbulenten und lautem Tag an den vollen Stränden sehr genossen hat. In der Unterkunft wurde auch an alles gedacht. Egal ob es Sonnenschirmen für den Strand waren, Besteck, Grillkohle oder was auch immer man braucht, es war einfach alles vorhanden. Ein Hinweis nur an alle die sich hier einbuchen wollen: Nehmt reichlich Autan mit, es gibt sehr viele Mücken. Wir können die Finca mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Nice place to stay in the countryside.
We enjoyed the place and especially the garden en pool. Location is good but you need a car. There where a lot of mosquitoes and we would have had some more privacy. There came a guy that we did not know to work on something in the garden, without notice to us beforehand. Also the owners is quite 'visible' during your stay. But we did have a good stay.

Tolle Location in super Lage!
Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Frische Eier und frische Orangen gehörten zur Gastfreundlichkeit dazu. Der Pool ist schön, die Zimmer sind gut aufgeteilt. Tischtennisplatte war super! Grill war super!

Wonderful place!
We had the best time! Wonderful, rustic house, so clean. Surrounded by fields, very quiet except from the sounds of hens and sheeps. And not least - the most wonderful hosts in Margalida and Joana! We were provided with a fantastic Welcome-set and could pick as many oranges we likes during our stay, not to mention all the eggs we got! Wonderful place!

Wir hatten einen, trotz für Mai eher durchwachsenem Wetter, sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Man benötigt definitiv ein Auto, da das Haus sehr abgeschieden liegt - innerhalb von 12 Minuten erreicht man allerdings Supermärkte, Restaurants und auch den schönen Strand Playa de Muro. Für einen erholsamen Urlaub absolut perfekt. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft ist gut, vor allem die wirklich sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Der Pool ist im Sommer sicher ein Traum. Die Gastgeberin, sie wohnt gleich nebenan, ist äußerst freundlich und dabei total unaufdringlich. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Lovely property in calm environment
Booking and check-in process was easy, the property was very well kept and clean. Margherita is a lovely host and provided home-grown fresh fruit and eggs, which were super delicious. The kitchen and house in general was very well equipped and there is easily enough space for 6 people. The bathroom is extremely modern and everything was perfectly clean. Entspannter Urlaub auf toller Finca
Die Finca liegt in sehr guter Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zu den schönen Altstädten von Pollenca und Alcudia. Sie ist sehr gepflegt und ideal für Menschen, die einen ruhigen und entspannten Urlaub suchen. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber man wird mit einem tollen Ausblick belohnt. Die Finca ist gut ausgestattet und übertrifft in vielen Teilen die Beschreibung. Angesichts der hochsommerlichen Temperaturen haben wir besonders den großen Pool geschätzt. Nachts konnten wir sehr gut schlafen, da alle Schlafräume über hervorragend regulierbare und funktionierende Klimaanlagen verfügen, die kaum stören, aber angenehme Temperaturen garantieren. Am frühmorgens aus allen Leibeskräften krähendem Hahn merkt man, dass man „auf dem Land“ ist. Wir haben uns aber schnell daran gewöhnt. Hervorzuheben sind die stets freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeberinnen Joana und Margarita, die sich völlig unaufdringlich im Hintergrund - Joana wohnt nebenan - halten, aber sofort zur Stelle sind, wenn es ein Problem gibt. Auch der nette Begrüßungskorb dokumentiert ihre Freundlichkeit. Probleme hatte wir übrigens nur ein kleines mit dem Abfluss, was umgehend behoben wurde. Ansonsten war alles in bester Ordnung.
