PINAR es un chalet situado en el Port d'Alcúdia, en un entorno privilegiado ya que se encuentra a 150 metros de la playa.

La casa cuenta con 3 dormitorios dobles y 3 baños completamente equipados. Dispone de un amplio salón con dos sofás y butacas, televisión vía satélite y terraza con vistas al jardín, perfecta para disfrutar de comidas agradables al exterior. La cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios: frigorífico, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, tostadora, cafetera...

La casa se encuentra rodeada de un amplio jardín, que incluye también zona de barbacoa.

El alojamiento ofrece WiFi gratuita y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y salón.

Finca-Muffig

Das Ferienhaus riecht muffig und zusätzlich hatten wir 7 Tage lang Fäkalgerüche (die WC-Anlagen waren falsch angeschlossen) aus den Bädern die sich im ganzen Haus verteilten. In einem Bad zählten wir ca. 60 Kanalfliegen. Nach jedem Betreten des Hauses mussten wir alle Fenster und Türen öffnen damit der ekelhafte Geruch verschwindet. Erst auf unser Drängen hin wurde ein Installateur gerufen (nach 7 Tagen!). Danach wurde es besser, aber der muffige Geruch blieb.
