Surrounded by a beautiful pine forest, this new modern villa in Mal Pas enjoys a privileged position in first line with direct access to the sea, ten steps from the white sand beach.

The spacious villa was built in 2016 and is located in a garden plot with heated pool. It develops on two floors, and has a total of 4 double bedrooms with bathroom and an extra toilet. The interior design is completely open and full of natural light.

Other features included in the house are air conditioning with heat pump throughout the house, underfloor heating, double glazing, heated pool, fireplace, elevator, cupboards, parquet floors, piped music, home automation system and a triple garage basement.

- Location and attractions:

It is Mal Pas, located minutes from Alcudia and Pollensa, offers all the tranquility of the island with the best residential possibilities. The sports entertainment is a constant and surrounding areas to the residential area is the golf course Aucanada. Marinas for pleasure boats and Bonaire Marine Real Club Nautico de Puerto Pollença are also very close to housing.

On the other hand, Alcúdia is a town in the northeast of Mallorca very ancient origins, as part of its urban core is walled, has a Roman theater and the remains of the Roman city of Pollentia. The port of Alcudia is the ideal place to relax and enjoy the summer leisure, thanks to its endless beaches, sports facilities for recreational boats, magnificent promenade and evening entertainment.

We had a wonderful stay, the home was beautiful and so easy to settle into. Maria was extremely helpful for check in and sorting out a minor issue with the washing machine. We would definitely be back to enjoy the location and the house. Would definitely recommend a car to enjoy this home.

Excellent communication throughout booking as this was a 2020 booking and cancelled twice through Covid. Pedro could not be more helpful in moving our booking. Excellent Villa with everything you would need for your stay. Beautiful beaches and coves a stones through away. Definitely recommend for guests to stay and enjoy!

80th birthday celebration

Wonderful property in great location close to quiet beaches and beautiful ocean views! Had all the facilities you would expect from a large villa and Maria was a very attentive host when assistance was required. Great base for exploring Alcudia and Pollensa. Only issue was initially finding the villa and some plumbing issues (downstairs bathroom had some drainage issues which caused bad smells). Overall a wonderful stay for a special family celebration.

Beautiful home, peaceful location

Our family had such a wonderful stay. The home is lovely and the hosts are very kind and gracious with flowers, fruit basket, beer, wine and delicious local pastries. Whatever we needed, they were responsive and ready to help. The house is thoroughly equipped with everything you need. The location is beautiful on the water and away from it all. The market and Roman ruins in Alcudia were an enjoyable day out. Our children enjoyed the heated pool and we enjoyed the sunrise views over the water. We would definately stay here again.

If I could give it 10 stars I would. We love, love, loved this beautiful home, neighborhood and island. Decor, layout, cleanliness of the home were all top notch. Daily walk to the market for fresh croissants- get the chocolate! Then a short walk to dinner at 5 Oceans. We will definitely be back to enjoy this beautiful home, the beautiful neighborhood, and the beautiful people and beach.

Top Villa with lovely Host

The villa is exactly as described on the internet. The hosts are very nice and the communication was just top. Nothing was missing and we had 10 days of pure vacation fun. The surroundings are very beautiful and the beach within walking distance. I must emphasize the direct view of the sea and the quiet location. Dream Home

Dream home. What a fantastic midweek away. Both the reception and the house are unbelievable !. The proprietor of the owner, with a bottle of wine on arrival, fresh fruit and fresh flowers, all the way up !. The view is magnefiek! The interior and finish of the house is super, everywhere bluetooth ... The beds sleep well, better than home. We have a home away from home! We hope to come back soon.

This amazing place made our holidays perfect

We stayed 4 weeks in this wonderful villa. The welcome was lovely, Pedro's parents surprised us with flowers, fruit basket, wine and much more. Once a week his Mom spoiled us with fresh regional delicacies and Pedro was always reliable and a good holiday guide. They are such a lovely family. The villa is very nice furnished, bright, flooded with light and equipped with very comfortable beds. You have a stunning view from everywhere. We also appreciated the direct access to this turquoise sea. We will come back.

Perfect Villa for Family Getaway

The Villa is amazing. The pictures and description are totally accurate, this home is pristine. The host was not on site for the check in but there was a representative there to show us the many amenities the villa has to offer. The hosts were very prompt in replying to any of our questions. A fruit basket and beverages were waiting for us which was very much appreciated. Plus, the beautiful pool is indeed heated! Great views from all the bedrooms and deck area. Perfect location with restaurants and beaches within walking distance. We had a fantastic vacation at S’Atalaia!

LOVELY PLACE, LOVELY DAYS!

The pictures were extremely informative and true to the lovely villa in Mal Pas which was peaceful with wonderful feeling. I loved the way the house was laid out and equipped in luxury. Our main contact, Miguel & Pedro, helped us with any of our questions or where we could shop. The house was ideally situated for walks along the beach at sunrise. I loved it. The whole family loved Mal Pas because there is always something to do for everyone, including my two young sons. We have already planned on returning for next year.

Relaxing beautiful stay facing the water

We really enjoyed this gorgeous house, where we spent 6 days mainly doing nothing but enjoying the view. The house is new and very well done. The huge windows allow you to make the most of the view of the bay when inside, and there is plenty of terrace space for outdoor relaxing,eating, and dipping in the lovely pool (though in February we weren't able to take maximum advantage of these benefits but would love to come back when it's warmer out!). In addition to the rocky area across from the house, there are 2 small sandy and beautiful beaches within walking distance which are great for kids as the bay is shallow and calm. Miguel and his mother were very responsive to our requests and provided help finding places to go, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend this house for a very relaxing, peaceful holiday!

Amazing Property in an amazing location: we will be back soon

This villa is absolutely WONDERFUL! The position is really good on a quiet road with direct access to a small bay just in front of the house and another white-sand beach at only few meters away. The property is gorgeous - beautifully appointed, very modern, with amazing interiors and furniture. Every room has amazing views to the ocean and the bay which provide incredible view of the sunset and water and very relaxing at any time of the day. It was so hard to choose the room where to sleep! Everything is so luxurious it was almost a shame to leave it, but we did on some days and we went to Pollens, Alcudia city and Formentor. All of them were very close and easy to reach. Pedro and Miguel are very kind and easy to work with. All in all it was probably the best holiday we have been on. We will definitely plan on coming back here.

Wow! What a place!

This villa could not have been more suitable for us. We were a party of 7 (two families with teenagers) and all loved, loved, loved it. The villa is immaculate and had everything we needed with plenty of space, beautiful bedrooms (all overlooking the stunning view) and all the facilities you need if you want to stay in. The pool is lovely, again overlooking the amazing view, but we ended up more often crossing the road to swim in the clear blue sea opposite. Mal Pas - Bon Aire itself is just gorgeous. It has an incredibly laid back vibe. A ridiculously well stock supermarket, trendy and more traditional restaurants and the nearest “big” beach (a 5 min walk away) is glorious and has a great beach bar serving stunning fish. Alcudia old town is a 25 min walk away if you’re looking for somewhere busier but to be honest we were very happy staying locally and sampling all it had to offer. Huge thanks to Maria and Pedro for making us so welcome and being incredibly responsive to our needs. We hope to see you again soon.

this is a really lovely property in a great location overlooking the sea at Mal Pas.

The villa is beautifully decorated and furnished to a high specification with modern good quality fittings and decorations. One of the bedrooms does not have a shower which was a little disappointing, only a hand held shower in the bath which I am sure could be easily remedied. It didn't cause a problem for us as a family travelling together but might trouble another group. The use of an underground car park and lift in the property were very suitable for us and would be for someone with mobility issues. There is also a bedroom on the main floor. The only irksome matter was that the TV was out of order an wasn't repaired during our stay as it required an new satellite dish. Otherwise, we were really happy and aim to return to the villa next year. I would caution people with young children as the pool is not sealed off with a fence or gate, however it was ideal for us and our grown up family. I hope Pedro and Miguel continue to invest in the property to maintain its high standard. Well done guys.

A beautiful Villa with a fantastic location

We had two magnificent weeks in this beautiful villa located right on the water. We are a large family with 5 children ages 14 to 28, and the entire familiy of 7 had a fantastic stay in this modern, beautiful and well equipped villa in the small cute city Mal Pas Bonaire. Something to do for everyone, great possibilities for water sports, running uphill on a small road to Victoria Mirador. The Villa is located by a small bay with very clean and blue water. The owners have done an impressive job creating this new villa, everything is well designed and thoughtful furnished. We like to cook ourselves during holidays and nothing was missing in the kitchen - absolutely everything was thought of. We made some small day trips to other parts of Mallorca, but the familiy always enjoyed being back at the villa in the afternoon or evening. The owners , two young brothers, were really helpful and extremely service minded. Their parents who live10-15 min away from the villa , were so helpful and sweet, and we are truly greatful for finding this villa. When we write such a positive review, it is a problem that more people will discover this fantastic villa and that it might be rented out next time we would like to stay there, but the villa and the owners deserve our very best recommendations. Luxurious, well located, sun-filled villa - perfect for a large family holiday!

Absolutely gorgeous villa, fitted with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing family holiday. Pedro, Miguel and their parents were helpful and available for our questions before and during our stay. They gave us a very friendly welcome, showing us everything in the villa - and even had stocked the fridge and cupboards with essentials, wines beer and a lovely bowl of fruit! Outstanding features include a 1 min walk to a lovely beach cove to privately bathe in the sea (dingy provided too!), lovely pool overlooking a fanastic view, and plenty of comfortable seating and sunbeds so the entire group could relax and enjoy the sun and views! Also a convenient gas BBQ - so we could spend the whole day enjoying the view, relaxing in the sun and eating delicious BBQ food! The villa was truly luxurious, kitted out with everything you could think of- sound systems in every room, clever spotlighting, lovely ensuite bathrooms for every room. There was even a lift from garage (where we kept our hire car) to the top floor - this was very helpful for one of our group who has difficulty walking. And also with heavy suitcases and shopping! Pedro and Miguel also kindly left instructions for taxis, restaurants, things to do etc and were available on what's app to help us with any questions. It was really easy to get to Alcudia port and old town by taxi and we enjoyed evenings out there- plus at the lovely local restaurants recommended. A perfect stay, which my whole family of seven throughly enjoyed - I would recommend this villa to all my friends and colleagues. We all hope to stay here again soon!

A beautiful villa, but with 2 weeks of construction next door

From 8am until 7pm construction with the use of electrical sawing and other machines, vans and trucks going back and forth, deliveries being made (exception Sundays). An expat family renting houses for 20 yrs, we never experienced something like this. Very disappointed to see construction at our arrival, but even more by the owners not telling us about this before renting the house, subsequently not willing to admit wrong doing and offer pro-actively fair solution. As we come to Mallorca each summer we asked the owners for permission to leave and take remaining days same period next year (with construction finished). They did not want that. They said they had agreed with the owner next door that he would for the duration of our stay stop using electrical machines. The construction of course did not stop. The owner of that other house told us he had never agreed to this, as one can’t build a house without making noise. Despite keeping them informed through WhatsApp with videos of the construction noise, the owners refused to acknowledge the issue and said people before us had not complained. Our precious vacation was ruined sitting next to a construction site, but how do we rate this house ignoring the construction? 3 to 4 star. The house itself, the layout and furniture, is beautiful, but one expects this for this price, although direct access to the sea at a mini cove in front of the house, is a definite bonus. We felt to both sides/back the other houses are too close, impacting privacy, creating noise. The little dead-end street, ending almost in front of the house, draws a lot of activity from people visiting that little cove and other houses. Cars/vans coming in, often turning on the driveway of the villa and people walking by, able to look directly into the front yard and at the few meters distant pool. We also experienced the little cove attracts groups camping overnight, partying and nude swimming (latter even during the day).  We like to sleep with our windows open, but during most nights we closed them, switched on the AC, because the associated noise woke us up. Summary: beautiful house great access to the sea. But the lack of privacy/quiet, plus the fact that the owners withheld important information from us prior to renting and also did not want to find an amicable solution, will certainly not bring us back.

Unser Weihnachtsurlaub in dieser mallorquinischen Ferienunterkunft war eine Mischung aus positiven und negativen Erlebnissen.Positiv:- Herzliche Gastgeberin mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten- Großzügige Wohnfläche, ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen- Tolle Lage direkt am Meer- Praktischer Fahrstuhl für Gepäck- Sauberkeit in Ordnung- Vielseitige Sitzmöglichkeiten und ein guter GasgrillNegativ:- Küchenausstattung für die Größe der Gruppe ungeeignet- Töpfe und Pfannen in schlechtem Zustand- Beheizbarer Pool war nicht warm genug- Fehlender Fitnessbereich- Diverse Mängel/Alterserscheinungen im Haus- Schwankender Wasserdruck und -temperatur- Unvollständige WLAN-Abdeckung besonders in den Zimmern im OGFazit:Die Unterkunft hat Potenzial, das durch die gute Lage und die ausreichende Größe des Hauses unterstrichen wird. Leider wurden wir durch mehrere Mängel und Unstimmigkeiten enttäuscht, insbesondere in Bezug auf die Küchenausstattung und den beheizbaren Pool. Mit entsprechenden Verbesserungen und einer ehrlicheren Beschreibung könnte das Haus ein großartiger Ort für einen Urlaub sein. Aktuell würden wir die Unterkunft jedoch nur eingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Urlaub vom 03. bis 17.05.2022

Es war rundherum ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Ein Traumhaus. Es fehlte an nichts. Der Pool war herrlich warm. Auch für den Fahrstuhl waren wir sehr dankbar, da wir meine 83 jährige Mutter dabei hatten. Maria hat uns liebevoll betreut und uns leckere mallorkinische Leckerbissen gebracht. Wir kommen gerne wieder
