This cozy apartment with sea view is located on the second floor of a small complex with an elevator and a large community pool with sun loungers and lawn just in front of the beach of Puerto de Alcudia.

The apartment has been renovated and tastefully decorated in white. It features a spacious terrace with a table and chairs for 4 people where you can spend most of your time and enjoy the fabulous sea views. The terrace is connected to the living-dining room through a large window with a sofa to watch television, another dining table for 4 people inside and air conditioning. The kitchen has been renovated and has all the amenities.



Additionally, the apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, sea views and direct access to the terrace, a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower. On the floor, they will find beach towels in addition to bath towels.



The location is also particularly attractive: the complex itself is quiet, but in the vicinity there are shops, bars, restaurants, the boardwalk, the port and countless leisure activities (bicycle rental, boat trips, etc.). Wonderful

Lovely apartment with stunning views. Well equiped small kitchen with everything you need for cooking. nice bathroom with a large walk in shower and plenty of hot water. Extremely comfortable beds with nice clean pillows and quilts. Perfect location right on a fantastic beach with plenty of nice shops and some fantastic restaurants. No noisy clubs or loud music nearby so it was nice and peaceful to sit and enjoy a drink on the balcony on an evening. Parking is a little tricky if you have a large car as its very tight to get out of the gates. We struggled initially to actually find the apartments as they are not wery well signed and even though the google reference took us quite close, the signs on the walls were not the names of the apartments that we were in. Overall a fantastic place to stay and highly recommended.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Stock mit toller Aussicht auf Strand und Promenade.Es ist sehr ruhig aber trotzdem ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen ( Restaurants, Supermärkte, Hafen )Die Anlage selbst ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, wer Wert auf einen netten Poolbereich legt der sollte überlegen. Aber ansonsten eine rundum gute Anlage mit tollem Ausblick.Mit vier Personen wird es schon relativ eng da die Verstaumöglichkeiten teilweise mit div. anderen Sachen ( Staubsauger zusätzl.Bettzeug etc.schon belegt sind. Beim einkaufen sollte man darauf achten das man nicht unbedingt in die sehr zentral gelegenen Superspar Märkte geht , unverschämt teuer, am besten in den Lidl ( Preise wie bei uns ) oder in den Superdino etwas die Strasse Richtung Hafen. Wir würden die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall nochmal buchen.

Tolles Apartment in bester Lage

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Apartment in perfekter Lage, Meerblick inklusive. Für unser Kleinkind war alles vorhanden, wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Fernseher ging nicht, was während unseres Aufenthaltes leider nicht behoben werden konnte. Aber dank des schnellen Wlans kein Problem. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt, vielen Dank.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung. Besonders gefallen hat uns der Balkon mit dem direkten Blick zum Strand. Kurze Wege zum Strand und zum Pool sind super und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub.

Hervorragende Lage am Sandstrand in Port d alcudia

Toplage, wunderbar Sandstrand vorne dran, Kommunikation mit der Agentur hervorragend! Es hat alles was es braucht, einzig ein paar Handtuchhalter wäre noch praktisch im Bad und eine Kapselmaschine anstelle der Filter Kaffeemaschine, sonst perfekt! In der Nebensaison o. k. vom Lärmpegel, in der Hochsaison wahrscheinlich etwas laut da mitten in den Bars/Restaurants/Diskotheken. Alles in allem aber ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt!

Superschöner Ausblick

Die Citadini 37 ist eine schöne Ferienwohnung, die vor allem einen ganz tollen Ausblick direkt auf Strand, Meer und den Hafen von Port d'Alcudia bietet. Die Ferienwohnung ist gemessen an deutschen Standards im Ikea-Stil weitgehend modern eingerichtet. Was uns nicht gefallen hat ist die Sauberkeit des Duschbodens und der abgenutzte Chrom-Griff der Dusche, an der ich mir eine tiefe Schnittwunde am Zeigefinger zugezogen habe. Die zwei Betten in einem der beiden Schlafzimmer haben leider bei großer Hitze nachts stark nach Urin gerochen, das geht aus meiner Sicht gar nicht. Hier muss mal eine vernünftige, professionelle Reinigung oder ein Austausch erfolgen. Die Schlüsselübergabe mit der Vermietagentur war easy und sehr freundlich, die E-Mail-Kommunikation vorab etwas nervig, hier sollten besser zielgerichtete Fragen erfolgen, bei denen man den Hintergrund erkennt. Insgesamt in jedem Fall eine tolle Ferienwohnung, wobei die Mängel asap abgestellt werden sollten.
