Great place for hols

The apartment is lovely and very clean although having no microwave for heating up hot food as I’m disabled lady, my dinner gets cold easily. Apart of that no problem. The owner of apartment sorted it out the lift probs immediately

Schöne helle Wohnung

Lage ist zentral und strandnah. Wir hätten es Abends gerne etwas ruhiger gehabt. War aber bei der zentralen Lage klar, dass viele Leute unterwegs sind. Aber ansonsten sehr schön.

Sehr schöne Wohnung zum wohlfühlen

Wir durften eine Woche im Januar 2020 hier zu Gast sein. Die Lage der Wohnung ist traumhaft und könnte nicht besser sein. Direkter Ausblick auf den Hafen und auf das Meer. Diesen Blick werden wir vermissen. Die Schlüsselübergabe war total unkompliziert und wir wurden mit allen Infos versorgt (in deutscher Sprache). In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Kaffeevollautomat, Toaster, Töpfe und Pfannen. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Beim eintreffen in der Wohnung hat sogar eine kleine Schachtel Pralinen, eine Flasche Sekt und ein Orangensaft auf uns "gewartet". Auch ist die Wohnung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein Supermarkt und ein Bäcker. Auch der kostenlose große Parkplatz liegt nur 5 Minuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Wir möchten uns für eine schöne Woche bedanken und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Viele liebe Grüße Martina Aftim & Thomas Rau

Eine Woche Urlaub direkt am Hafen von Alcudia

Die Lage des Objektes ist super. Direkt am Hafen und nahe gelegenen Strand. Das Objekt befindet sich in der 3. Etage (mit Fahrstuhl) und man hat einen traumhaften Blick aufs Meer. Die Wohnung bietet alles, was man für die Woche benötigt. Gerne wieder :-)

Kleines Juwel in Super-Lage

Eigentlich dürften wir hier gar nicht ausplaudern, was für ein Geheimtip am Yachthafen von Port Alcudia zu finden ist - sonst wird es uns weggebucht! Lage: im dritten Stock (Fahrstuhl) über der Fussgängerzone lässt sich der Hafen wunderbar überschauen - ob vom großen Balkon (Sonne von morgens bis nachmittags) oder drinnen von Sofa oder Esstisch aus. Tolles Panorama! Die 2-Zimmer-Wohnung selbst ist perfekt renoviert und geschmackvoll ausgestattet: ebenerdige Dusche, geräumiger Einbau-Kleiderschrank, bequemes französisches Bett, chice Küche mit Induktionskochfläche und Geschirrspüler sowie hochwertigem Geschirr etc, sehr dezente und effektive Klimaanlage/Heizung. Charmant auch, dass vom Begrüßungswein über Gewürze bis zu Reinigungsmitteln eine Grundausstattung vorhanden ist. WLan schnell und stabil. Einzige kleine Einschränkungen: die Lage bedingt, dass man etwas weiter weg parken muss und die Geräuschkulisse einer Fussgängerzone variiert eben. Dafür hat man Restaurants, Supermarkt und Strand quasi wenn man aus der Haustür fällt! Wir kommen wieder!

Bestimmt mal wieder!

Uns hat die Ferienwohnung gut gefallen. Der Blick zum Yachthafen ist einfach super. Die Einrichtung der Wohnung ist geschmackvoll, allerdings ist das Sofa schon etwas durchgesessen und der Bezugsstoff löst sich auf. Uns persönlich war auch das Bett etwas hart. Alles andere war optimal. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super zur Erkundung des mallorquinischen Nordens. Supermarkt, Bäcker und Fleischer sind gleich nebenan, besser geht es kaum. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Schöne Wohnung, super Lage, traumhafter Blick

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut, ich hätte mir lediglich Schwämme und Putztücher in der Küche gewünscht. Das Haus wird zum größten Teil von Einheimischen bewohnt, was ich als sehr angenehm empfunden habe. Sauberkeit war insgesamt gut. Buchung, Schlüsselübergabe und Abwicklung aller Formalitäten verliefen unkompliziert. Site Vermieterin war freundlich. Einziger Kritikpunkt: Die Handtücher im Bad rochen entsetzlich - so als ob sie nach dem Waschen nicht richtig getrocknet bzw. feucht zusammengelegt wurden. Nach dem Abtrocknen Euch die Haut stundenlang danach. Ich habe das durch eine Handwäsche beseitigen können. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Der Blick auf Yachthafen und Bucht unbezahlbar. Am Wochenende kann es abends bei Veranstaltungen auch mal etwas länger laut sein. Aber insgesamt ist der Geräuschpegel eher niedrig. Bäcker, Schlachter und Supermarkt sind um die Ecke, ein kostenloser Parkplatz ebenfalls. Restaurants und Cafés in großer Auswahl an der Promenade. Vor allem die Bodega d'es Port ist toll. Nicht günstig, aber gute Küche und herausragender Service. Ich empfehle die Wohnung uneingeschränkt. Den Stern Anzug gibt's wegen der Handtücher. Ansonsten 5.
