Top of Sao Martinho.

This is just a wonderful place. The apartment is bright and very spacious, and the best view in all of Sao Martinho. Joaquim is an excellent host. He made us feel comfortable the minute we met him at the gate.

Rocky start, but great finish

We had a bit of a problem when we arrived. First, the property address was not entirely correct and our Google Maps and Apple Maps took us to a place about a half mile from the property. We did not have a phone number for Joachim and when we called Homeaway, they couldn't locate him immediately. We found the property on our own by cruising the neighborhood, but had no way to get in. Joachim called us a while later to tell us he had been delayed. Once he arrived and showed us around, everything was fine. We would be happy to stay again. It is a comfortable place to stay and is quiet. If you want a beach vacation at Sao Martinho do Porto, this is a fine choice.

Chez Joaquim et sa femme vous serez très bien reçu dès votre arrivée, simple naturel, serviable, soucieux de notre bien être, toujours disponible si vous avez un souci dans leur propriété partagant 2 appartements avec balcons et terrasse donnant sur la magnifique baie et sa plage. Vous pourrez profitez de la piscine chauffée avec barbecue commun. Vous pouvez aussi garer votre voiture dans la cour privée. Située dans un endroit calme et proche de la plage a 10mn a pied. Vous ne serez pas déçu par leurs hospitalitée. Encore merci a vous deux. No Joaquim e sua esposa serão muito bem recebidos à sua chegada, simples, naturais, prestativos, preocupados com o nosso bem-estar, sempre disponíveis se tiverem algum problema na sua propriedade partilhando 2 apartamentos com varanda e terraço com vista para a magnífica baía e sua praia. Você pode desfrutar da piscina aquecida com churrasqueira compartilhada. Você também pode estacionar seu carro no pátio privado. Localizada em local sossegado e perto da praia, a 10 minutos a pé. Ótima estadia, a repetir sem dúvida.

Estava tudo ótimo. A casa à chegada tinha um cheirinho maravilhoso. O Sr. Joaquim foi incansável, sempre que precisamos de alguma coisa ele prontamente resolveu. A zona da piscina é otima e super limpa assim como a casa. Todas as comodidades para passar umas férias tranquilas.
