Villa española de lujo separada, espaciosa con piscina privada, en el valle del lago Vinuela

La villa tiene 4 habitaciones, 1 con baño en suite (2 dobles, 1 doble, 1 litera de tamaño completo) y un baño familiar. Hay un gran salón con mesa de comedor y cómodos sofás. Cuenta con televisión satelital; Reproductor de DVD, reproductor de radio / CD, Sony PlayStation 2 y Nintendo Wii. Una gran cocina totalmente equipada contiene microondas, lavavajillas, horno / placa eléctrica, lavadora y frigorífico. La electricidad está incluida en el precio. La propiedad es de una sola planta y tiene acceso para sillas de ruedas. Hay estacionamiento dentro de las puertas para 2 autos. La gran piscina privada de 10x5m con escalera romana se encuentra en un hermoso jardín y está rodeada de baldosas antideslizantes. El salón se abre a la terraza a la sombra que contiene una mesa de comedor y barbacoa y tiene vistas a la piscina. Los carriles cercanos permiten caminar a través de los olivares y almendros con hermosas vistas de las montañas de Sierra Tejada, pueblos de montaña distantes y las aguas turquesas del lago Vinuela. Buenos restaurantes.


Días fuera y áreas de interés: Cuevas de Nerja, pueblo de Nerja, playa de Burriana, deportes acuáticos y restaurantes a 40 minutos. Calletta Marina 20 minutos. Palacio de la Alhambra de Granada 90 minutos. Baños termales bañándose en Alhama de Granada 40 minutos. Las ciudades de Málaga y Granada ofrecerán un día agradable y gratificante, así como Marbella, Puerto Banús, Torremolinos y Fuegirola.
Hay mercados en todo el área la mayoría de los días.

La estación de esquí de Sierra Nevada está a dos horas de distancia, este es un día fantástico durante el período de invierno. Puedes pasar el día esquiando y muchos otros deportes de nieve. Hay restaurantes y tiendas en el pueblo cubierto de nieve y remontes que te llevarán a las áreas de esquí, incluso si no esquías, las vistas serán inolvidables. Luego, puede regresar al calor de la costa camino a casa y ver la puesta de sol desde afuera de un restaurante en la playa.

Los deportes acuáticos permitidos incluyen natación, vela, pesca, canoas, windsurf. Otras actividades que se pueden encontrar localmente son ciclismo de montaña, equitación, observación de aves y senderismo. Hay un par de campos de golf locales Bavaria Golf a 15 minutos en coche y Club Anoretta a 25 minutos en coche.

Lovely peaceful, relaxing villa

We were a party of 4 adults and 3 children. This property was wonderful, A well appointed kitchen and amazing views out over the valley. The outdoor area is lovely with plenty of choice for seating areas and a great pool. We used the BBQ several times and the undercover table was where we spent most of our evenings. A car is essential. We used this villa as a base to visit Granada, Malaga, and much more. We had a great holiday here and every morning as I stepped out the door of the villa the view took my breath away, some fantastic sunsets were viewed from the roof top villa. We all loved Villa Francis.

Exellent villa very relaxing.

This was the first time we stayed at villa francis,can't wait to return.EXCELLENT VILLA very comfortable,spotllessly clean and well maintained.Facilities in the villa where exceptional from the fully fitted kitchen to the board games,playstation and wii games for the kids.Very spacious there was seven of us five adults two children there was plenty of room. GREAT size pool the kids had fantastic time the non slip tiles where a benefit with the children running around.The sunroof is a must for sunbathing and great photo's with fantastic views across the valley. Just a short walk to the shops and restaurants with very friendly and helpful staff,if using barbecue would recommend the butchers,did try the restaurants in the guide book and found them very reasonable. I would definitely recommend villa francis to my family and friends.

Very good villa.

The Villa was exactly as expected so that was an accurate decription. The villa was clean on arrival and although we were early, all the cleaning was done. The aircon was certainly appreciated and all the appliances worked well. There were only 3 sunbeds, this didn't affect us with 2 small children, bigger parties may want to ask for me beds in advance. We never actually met anyone to do with the villa, we only had 1 problem, the pool filter blocked and by the time we came back from dinner it was fixed. An excellent villa and very well placed close to the coast but still away form all that touristy stuff and chance to be in real spain. The Hotel Vinuela is very good for food and very good for price. The none slip tiles around the pool were great when you have 2 small children running around.

Sitio tranquilo y con vistas despejadas a la sierra. El porche de la casa,la piscina y el chill out increíbles. La playa está a 20 minutos en coche. Nos ha encantado.

En un mot "Magnifique". Excellent endroit pour se reposer et se détendre en famille. La maison est tres jolie et très bien équipée.

Lækkert hus i rolige omgivelser

Rigtig godt hus med et stort poolområde. Huset levede fuldstændig op til forventningerne. Der var god aircondition, fint stort køkken og fine værelser. Der ligger 2 gode restauranter og et supermarked i gåafstand fra huset men man skal være opmærksom på at huset ligger ude i bjergene og derfor ikke tæt på byområderne langs kysten. Lokationen var svær at finde. Vi brugte det vedhæftede link men blev ikke ledt op til huset. Vi kørte rundt et stykke tid og måtte have hjælp af lokale til at finde huset. Måske en ide at vedhæfte et kort med præcis angivelse af husets placering i intromateriale. Alt i alt en dejlig oplevelse og et super godt hus.

STUNNING RELAXING HOLIDAY

Wonderful holiday in a very relaxing villa. Easy parking right outside, lovely well maintained grounds with lemon trees and beautiful sun trap swimming Pool. Stunning roof top terrace with views. Villa well equipped with everything and it was very good for a group holiday. Shops and restaurants close by. Great place.

fab to be back

it's fab to be back for a third year we love coming back to villa Francis it's like home from home, clean and well maintained as always. The manager phoned me on arrival to let us know the internet was not working he had informed the company and it would be back on by Monday and it was the kids were back on line that morning. Villa Francis is a must once you've stayed you will want to return.

simple the best

Absolutely a fabulous villa, there were 8 adults altogether and there was plenty of room for all of us if it was breakfast on the patio or dinner around the dinning table we could all sit together even around the pool there was seating for everyone. the villa was spotless and well maintained to a very high standard,the most relaxing holiday you could hope for looking forward to returning next year.

last warm sun before winter in Gower

Just back from 5 days in this beautiful villa. The villa is everything anyone could want. Furnished to a very high standard and very palatial. The pool area is stunning with plenty of sunbeds for all, even went swimming!! The view is something that takes my breath away, day and night. I would highly recommend this to all. absolute fab holiday worth every penny .villa was immaculate .with plenty of space .rooms were very big so you were not on top of 1 another .there was clean linen and towels .the pool area was very spacious an the pool was lovely and big .there was plenty of information on hand to cater for all your needs .will be recomending this villa to all peeps i know xxx

property was immacuatly clean with plenty of clean linen and towels on hand .there was plenty of welcoming leaflets with listings for all your local reasaurants and local shops as well as places to go .there was also phone no.s on hand in case you needed anything or in case of any emergencies .the pool area and barbecue area was fantastic an big your every needs were catered for.they also catered for children with games consoles and games .it was a villa i have recommended to my family and friends and will also be going bk to myself .its well worth it so give it a go xxx

LOVELY VILLA IN GREAT LOCATION

This is the second time we have stayed at Villa Frances, we have stayed at three other villas in the area and to be honest none compare. It feels like your own home in the sun. The pool is outstanding and the kitchen is fantastic. If you want peace and quiet this is for you, you are also only a short drive from the beach and shops. Well worth a try. Will definitely be returning x

"Villa Fantastic"

Our fourth year to this fantastic villa. It really is all you could wish for. It takes my breath away on arrival. It's always spotless, and so spacious and well equipped. The pool and terrace are all the website describe. To sit on the terrace at night with a Bacardi and coke and see the lights twinkling from the mountains is sheer heaven. The peace and quiet is unbelievable. A 10 minute walk takes you down to the local village, which has shops and restaurants. I would highly recommend this villa to everyone. My idea of a piece of heaven on earth. Already booking for next year!! Jan T Swansea

AMAZING VILLA

Just got home from a lovely relaxing holiday. it was everything it said it was and more, lovely pool and the surrounding area is so beautiful!! What was brilliant was that the restaraunts were close by and that you could have Spanish food or English food. Would definatley reccommend this to anybody that wants a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. I am recommending it to all my friends and family!!

This villa is absolutely beautiful with everything you could possible want and more.IT was spotlessly clean inside and out I have never seen a pool glistening like this one we couldn't wait to jump in. There was lots of things for the children to play with inflatables for the pool water volleyball set to playstation2,draughts and even cards. The villa is very spacious with a huge kitchen fitted out to a very high standard. The perfect place to stay for a very relaxing holiday with just a short walk to some English shops and bars. we found the location of the villa easy the hypermarket was easy to find with a nice walks along the front. I would definitely recommend this villa to my family and friends.

Amazing villa

Thoroughly enjoyed our week at the villa it was like home away from home everything you could possible need for a perfect holiday.It was my first time at the villa and my first holiday with my 2 year old daughter was a bit wary of the pool, but found the pool area was very child friendly with none slip tiles also we could leave the front door open safe in the knowledge that she could not get access to the pool or the road as everything was gated off. the villa was very clean and well maintained. I did find the information folder left by the owner very useful and I did go to some of the places recommended and found them excellent and good value. The villa location was perfect nice and quiet with English shops and bars within walking distance and just a short drive to the beach.would I recommend this villa to friends and relatives most defiantly, my only regret not booking for two weeks.

Superb Luxury Villa Francis ! Highly recommend!!

If you book this villa you will be well looked after as the owner was always available for guidance and advice and even arranged some milk and tea/coffee for us when we arrived late at night. The villa has everything you need and more ( space and well equipped) Weather was fab at the end of May ( 25 C) and pool warm enough. It was the most relaxing holiday we have ever been as if u choose u wont see a soul for days ( total privacy) and yet only 5 min car drive is bars and lovely Spanish social life. We also had lovely walk on the promenade at Torre de mar with 3 course and drink for 8 euros is a bargain !!! Overall highly recommend this beautiful villa and cant wait to go back !!!

Couldn't of asked for anything better!

The villa was great,no complaints! The villa and pool were very spacious and relaxing with a very large kitchen and living area perfect for nights in,the pool light was a very cool feature also.I would recommend this villa for any and every body looking for a relaxing holiday for all the family!

Amazing Villa!

It was my first time staying at a private villa, but it will not be my last. Villa Francis was exactly as promised very specious and private resulting in a very relaxing holiday, the scenery is amazing and provides brilliant walks around the area. I would recommend this villa to all my friends and family.

Villa Francis is a great villa and provided every thing that we needed for an un-forgettable holiday, the directions to the villa were very easy to follow which defiantly came in handy when we arrived late off our flight. I would suggest this villa to anybody who's looking for a great holiday.
