Furthermore, its proximity to the Natural Park, as well as to landmarks such as the Monastery of Veruela and the Cathedral of Santa María de la Huerta in Tarazona, makes it the perfect base camp for visiting Moncayo.

The house is located at the entrance to the town of Alcalá de Moncayo, so it has excellent access and parking. Just 100 meters away are the municipal facilities, which include swimming pools, an indoor soccer field, a playroom, and a playground with swings for the little ones.
As for amenities, it has everything you’d expect in a house of this type.
Air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, coffee maker (Nespresso), microwave, electric corkscrew, toaster, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, juicer, blender, and all the kitchenware you could need. It also features a barbecue, Wi-Fi, a 40" flat-screen TV, mostly memory foam mattresses and pillows, and 4 fully equipped mountain bikes with puncture-proof tires and suspension to ensure a smooth ride on any outing through the Natural Park or its surroundings. The bike rack in the garage can hold up to 15 bicycles, and there’s also a small tool kit that includes a pump and specialized tools such as a chain breaker and a cassette remover.
