2 surprises

House as described, good location. Plumbing clogged within 24 hours of arrival - owner responsive in fixing the problem but the fix didn't take and it was backed up again within a day. Wouldn't have been a big deal but the owner attempted to bill us $3500 for a plumbing fix - for a problem we didn't cause. Consider yourself warned....

Very convenient Rio Rancho location

Omar was very helpful with our booking (we had plans change last minute). The house was perfect for our visit and close to great shops and restaurants.
